Who is the BEST team in the NFL? Where are the trends going in the NFL. build you team to stay ahead of those trends (have done a great job on defense doing it with team speed and middle pressure have failed on offense doing it to this point.

the reality is they changed who they are in a playoff game. That is on the coaches. You really think Duke should have saw more targets than Beasley and Brown. and I don’t care he is the head coach. This is his second OC and the offense is still the same as it has been once get up a couple scores and goes into a shell. Two OCs have now called games like that. Common Denominator is the HC that has hired these OCs. no OC is going to build an offensive game plan without the HC.

Poyer is on my list of re-signs just not the priority. I don’t see her tweets anyway she blocked me 2 years ago when I posted criticism of the Bills but not before she said I obviously am not a Bills fan.

A teams goal should be to get to 24 points always. And until you hit that number you keep your foot on the FREAKING GAS also Gore is this year Tolbert. I will never understand their insistence to feed him the ball. and the other before the game started part is WHO BUILDS a game plan that TGTs a WR that has zero continuity with your QB 10 times. If they wanted Duke Williams to play a prominent role in the offense maybe they should have activated him before a ROAD WILDCARD PLAYOFF GAME

I want a coaching staff that isn’t afraid to put a game away and attacking weaknesses. Is that really to much to ask. Houston was in shambles in the secondary and anytime we get close Gore comes in and stalls the drive.

guess what NONE of that happens if McD and Daboll keep their foot on the gas. Happens every game. get in scoring zone get conservative we have the three. Leave half with a 2 score lead shorten the game and rely on defense. the reality is the Coaching staff needs to improve just like Allen and players. So can they? And none of that matters if we trot out there and coach scared

My succession plan? how about you as a coaching staff that is currently HIRED grow like you ask the players too

I would rather my coaching staff not go into their turtle shell when up two scores. I would rather have my coaching staff to have a killer instinct. I would rather my coaching staff do what they preach and get better everyday.
