    Ooo well. I am glad they did it. Finally common sense used by officials. Needs to happen with entire rule book. And I for one think they got it right and that will not change

    they don’t even know what a catch is. Bottom line they should look at that play and say OK good use of Common Sense. Now let’s go through our way to complicated Rule Book and apply common sense to all the rules.

    and yet that isn’t what has been happening all year with the safe signal when the rules changed to not make it a live ball of hits in endzone and with the restrictive lines this became standard practice. I wish they had a more common sense approach to ALL their rules like they did here

    I am fine with a 1 year 15M incentive laden prove it deal. Alshon Jeffery contract to go to Eagles is my comparable i guess you could make it a two year deal club option similar to Longs as long as it is minimal guaranteed money and incentive laden.

    as long as you do not fully extend your arms (rarely happens at this point) you are not gonna get called. another one if you are not getting Seperation embellish it and hook the defenders arm. 9/10 you will get the Defensive Holding or PI call

    and then when someone recovers it fans will expect it is a TD like is would have been in the past. But no longer is as it is Not a live ball at that point

    and the REASON they are doing it is because you cannot block at the restraining line UNTIL ball fielded. That is why EVERY returner does it to let EVERYONE know he has no intention of bringing the ball out before the collisions at the restraining line. this is an artifact of those new restraining line rules. I see it every week. Even seen our own returner do it.

    LBer is hard for me. Because whoever it is is likely a 2 down backer anyway with the amount of Nickel we end up playing. maybe someone like Klein is a UFA and has experience in McD system. Klein would likely come at about 4M AVV on a 3 year deal and back with McD

    when they changed KOs they did it with player safety in mind. So when they safe signal is given to the blockers to not engage at the restraining line. And then the Returner Fields the kick and Makes ZERO effort to start the return guess what he is Giving himself up.

    I do make the exception on Hooper. my strategy if I was running Bills right now is buy the OL, DL and LBers draft the WR, TE, QB, RB, CB but can also be talked into buying TEs just like I can be talked into drafting LBers.
