  1. We would have been known as Lubberwort. However in January of this year we changed our name to The Contenders.
  2. The inmates aren't running this prison. GO BILLS!!!!!!!
  3. This is a classic bb move, but instead of sending him to the Browns McBeane sent him to his Least Favorite Person: Marrone!

  5. No 6th. Possible 7th. https://www.buffalorumblings.com/2017/8/13/16135216/buffalo-bills-2018-nfl-draft-picks-sammy-watkins-ronald-darby-jordan-mathews-ej-gaines
  6. He was also one the first gms that was fond of Wentz. Wentz even said that the Bills had scouted him far longer and harder than anyone else.
  7. Or if after renegotiating some numbers Marcel and tyrod for Eli.
  8. My Clemson alum buddy told me a couple of years back that Watson was very selfish and his least favorite tiger of all time.
  9. On the horizon: PLAYOFFS!! At a minimum we will actually be "In the Hunt!" Only multiple injuries could derail the McBills!!!!
  10. This I agree with. I can't tell you how many times my twelve year old has screamed at the tv the last two years "THROW THE BALL!" Who starts? I want to go with TT and let Peterman sit and learn. However if his pre snap reads are this good I could see Nate as the starter.
  11. Peterman looks right. The wr is covered. The linebacker and safety crash towards Thomas while Nate is in between his second and third step. As Our number 2 qb hits his drop with tons of pressure he throws a strike over the middle to a blanketed tight end that is immediately tackled for a first. I am confused as to why this is a negative.
  12. the problem is he creates his own "pressure" by not getting the ball the out.

  14. BarelyNY called this in early May "Now that the Bills decision to decline his option has had some time to sink in I hope people understand that this isn't some motivating tactic, it's the first step in parting ways after the season. It's a shame, but it is what it is." I also think this is what was motivating us to sign Maclin at a mid range #2 contract and let him be our number 1.
  15. I am Jeff Fisher's older brother. No offense.
  16. My guess is No.44 Jordan Willis has a good shot at being in the top third at his position within the next four years. That may have been the best player available but not necessarily a position of immediate need. I also like the flyer on hodges. No offence but I would take the draft as it played out with an extra #1. I am fairly confident we upgraded #2 wr, corner, and possibly rg. BPA is extremely overated. Always take the Player that makes OUR team better.
  17. The clear answer today and going forward is: Dennison chooses 11 starters and 11 backups or fill ins (only 2 maybe 3 can be o-line). Frazier/McD picks 11 to start on d with 6 rotational players and 2 reserves. Crossman gets a punter, kicker, long snapper and two others of his choice. Crossman and the OC or DC may have to come an agreement for the betterment of the team on a player or two. Each coordinator reports to McD the value of the other players who need to be protected by THE 53. McD brings his info and opinions to the GM. Agent Beane executes!
