    Sirius xm 88 Pat kirwain and Jim miller who have watched all of the practices were really high on the north quarterbacks. By their praise alone I thought they felt Mayfield early, Allen a little later, and Falk was moving up boards.

    Closest I’ve come to living in the cold was Boulder, Co. that wasn’t too bad. Most of my work is done outdoors and I am fine with the heat. However after pushing a lawnmower all summer long in 1994 in Columbia I decided to take my education a little more seriously.

    Parts of South Carolina are a different animal. Columbia may very well be the hottest place in the US if you combine temp humidity and lack of wind. However as stated above about Wilmington the coast is almost always pleasant.

    It really is just a couple weeks in July and all of August, but the heat and humidity are BRUTAL!!

    Pick your poison. Marrone and Hackett played to not lose in afc championship. Ryan and the Falcons played to win in last years Super Bowl. Both lost. There must be a balance somewhere, but if you don’t win you will be questioned..

    Whaley’s downfall wasn’t acquiring talent. It was not listening to Marrone on what he thought the team needed. After Marrone’s exit he did a one eighty and listened too much to Rex.

    I’m pretty sure that is the system that cousins flourished in along with Matt Ryan and now Jimmy Garoppolo.

    Gaines has outplayed Darby. Sammy has outplayed Matthews. Big stuff has been a wash. We cleared cap space and received a couple of picks. We didn’t hit a home run on these trades, but with the picks and cap space I think we had a single and a couple of doubles.

    I still don’t understand the Whaley hate. His two biggest downfalls weren’t Manuel and Watkins. They were the inability to coexist with St Doug and the unfortunate situation that tied him to The Ryans.

    I thought the Miami kicker was offsides. That being said we certainly need to practice recovering the kick.
