    The live version was from the opposite side line. That angle looked as if the ball didn’t reach the 25. It also looked as if the first down was on the end zone side of the 25.

    I was upset about the Benjamin call, but the 4th down overturn was even worse. I agree the original spot wasnt correct. However the extended arm was clearly short. To add insult on the next pass play the refs gave an extra yard resulting in another first down.

    I wrote it. I didn’t say he was the next coming, or his anticipation was flawless, or he had the best pocket awareness. I said his accuracy and zip have not been a problem.

    Only mistake today was his head first slide. To date I have seen no problem with accuracy, catchable balls or zip on throws.

    Before the season I bought so much stock in McDermont that I can't sell now. However it's really hard to watch the daily stock report.
