I am hoping for an immediate starting caliber cornerback. After watching Wallace get burned all last year, I believe that is our biggest single weakness on either side of the ball. The cornerbacks we signed in free agency provide nice depth, but I am not confident that they represent an upgrade to Wallace.

A starting corner, a rotational edge rusher, a wide receiver that is a serious challenger to make the 53 man roster, and a back up running back.

With quality running back available in the middle rounds of most draft years, why use multiple draft assets on an existing running back. Especially if it is for one year. I don't think we need a "top running back" in this draft. We need a quality back that can play as a backup and push Singletary. Sorry, I don't buy in to spending a lot on running backs. What did McCoy give us after investing heavily in him financially?
