  1. I wouldn't mind if a stud left tackle was available. Move Dawkins to RT with an elite LT...this line would be awesome!
  2. I liked him coming out of college.
  3. I hope not. As has been written many times, if Babe did not ***** receivers available to him at 22, this is low risk. We get a young, proven elite receiver with a decent contract. He may not fit the profile of a team first player, but I believe McDermott will get Digs to buy into to process. Low risk imho.
  4. I have similar thoughts. Dawkins had a solid year in 2019, but he is not yet elite. He may grow into that status. Time will tell. This upcoming draft will be interesting. I have no idea who they will draft in the second round. Hopefully BPA.
  5. I am a Bills fan since 1962. Not a fair weather fan. Beans and McDermott ate the best combo og GM/coach the Bills have had, maybe ever. With the schedule we are facing, we could digress. Nit giving up ob them.
  6. Of course. Picking a franchise QB is not an exact science. They are a great combo that gets the most out of their team year after year. This is a silly thread.
  7. BB has proven that he can get the most out of any quarterback that he has had. As long as BB is coaching the Pats, they will be difficult to beat.
  8. The same with all three other teams in the AFC East.
  9. True. As long as Belichick is coaching the Pats, they will be a tough team to face. He feels he has something to prove...wining without the GOAT.
  10. Being behind the Pats is understandable. For the odds makers to believe in the Bills we have to prove it. Hopefully, this is the year we do that.
  11. I would go BPA. We don't have many glaring needs to fill.
  12. Do you see the bills going strong to upgrade the backup QB this off season? If so, who would be a good fit?
  13. It's the off season. It's time to think big.
  14. It has been mentioned a number of time this off season that the Bills need to upgrade our backup quarterback position. Would cam Newton be an upgrade? He and Josh have similar skill sets so the offense does not have to change style of play if Josh gets injured? Thoughts?
  15. Great article! My biggest concern is how we hand a very challenging schedule. but this will be offset by the fact that the rest of the AFC East teams have a more difficult schedule, because they have to face the BEAST OF THE EAST twice a year...THE BUFFALO BILLS!!!
  16. Well that's gotta change. How does he feel about beef on wecks?
  17. I guess this is a high risk, high reward situation. We might as well get behind this move. It is going to happen.
  18. That was my first reaction when I heard about this trade. But, I still completely trust Beane. He has a plan and he has shown that his moves usually turn out for the best. We have a experienced proven #1 receiver compared with an unproven risk if we were to draft a receiver with our #22 pick . Trust Mcbeane...Trust the process!!!
  19. Yeah, but he's not a process guy...your welcome.
  20. Not sure what you are referring to. Spain gave up 0 sacs in 2019. Did you see a stat that Spain gave uo a large number of QB pressures?
  21. No, No, No, let me think.....NO! Beasley is an incredible slot receiver. A #1 receiver can be obtained through the draft. Oh by the way...NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
  22. We need to continue to bring in "process" players. No retreads please.
  23. HI: Welcome back. I agree with you on all of your recommendations with the exception of Chuck Knox. He was 37-36 as head coach of the Bills (if my math is correct). He had two winning seasons 80 (11 - 5) and 81(10-6). Knox was 1-3 in playoff games. The Bills actually had just two losing seasons prior to Knox being hired. Though he was a big name hire, his time in buffalo was moderately successful. Not wall of fame material in my opinion.
  24. No one know what goes on in a player's mind. Just looking at Shaq's career, it should be considered a possibility.
