Any given Sunday disagrees. Kind of goes hand in hand with 'Always is never right and never is always wrong'.
Whether we win tomorrow or not, I'll still hold out hope for some FitzMagic week 17 regardless how unlikely.
P.S. - why the Jets green 0? Maybe I missed something here.
And maybe you'll come and see us when we get real big.
Maybe you'll see us if we ever get another gig, cause there's so many fish in
The sea,
And they all look like me,
I'm just a little tiny fish
That's all I'll ever be.
For Pats games a modified version of the Ramones "Beat On The Brat" would work:
Beat on the Pats
Beat on the Pats
Beat on the Pats with a baseball bat
Oh yeah, oh yeah, uh-oh
I'll second @HopsGuy and suggest taking a ride west on I-70 past Loveland Pass. The view when you come out of the Eisenhower Tunnel is amazing. You could make Breckenridge a destination, it's just past the tunnel. Just check the weather first if you decide to go.
Finger waving moment: why does Simply Having A Wonderful Christmas Time incite such vitriol? It's a happy holiday song, sung by an icon, aimed at an audience that still believes in Santa Claus. What kid doesn't like that song?
A holiday favorite of mine crushed by the HS band a few years ago.
My grandpa, he's ninety five
And he keeps on dancin'
He's still alive
My grandma, she's ninety two
She loves to dance
And sing some, too
I don't know
But I've been told
If you keep on dancing
You'll never grow old
So when you asked me if I hated you now
It's not you it's just all of the times I missed out
On sleeping with your roommate every time you passed out
But, That's ok
Focus has been on the possibility of beating the Pats to win the division. Another possibility is beating the Pats to make them play wild card weekend and lose home field advantage.

I'm driving down Sunset Boulevard Sex Pistols on the radio in my car And I must be high I just saw Jesus walk by
I make a hard left as the sun comes up Over Hollywood vampires pushin' their luck Baby lock your door Yeah we've seen this before
And I don't know what you're doing to me But it sure feels right
P.S. - I'm gonna break ranks here and post the song above. My guess is you haven't heard it, thought it might resonate with this group. For me it's about driving in your car listening to a song you like and thinking about good things in your life.
I heard a great comment on my drive home today to the effect that nobody questioned Lamar's ability to be successful in the offense he ran at Louisville. What everyone questioned was whether that offense (and by extension Lamar) could be successful in the NFL.
According to the NY Post the Mets had stopped paying him and filed a grievance. I don't remember hearing that before today.
