  1. This is a game where I’d prefer a controlled start with a good opening script for Allen and the offense.
  2. We will need to make tackles and rally everyone to the ball.
  3. Joe Burrow quote after the last Bengals loss, Browns 32 Bengals 13. Joe Burrow after the loss: “They did a great job in their leverages and playing soft and making us check it down. They tackled really well," Joe Burrow said. "The last couple of weeks, we got teams out of that because we were able to break some tackles, and we got yards after the catch. You have to give them credit. They were great tacklers today.” Burrow knows the value of yards after the catch. If the Bills D brings their A tackling game we will win.
  4. The Bengals saw what Milano did to Tua and Mike White.
  5. I am hoping the rain comes right around kickoff so Burrow can show us his small hands are a liability.
  6. Tip of the hat to Poyer. What a dawg.
  7. Gabe Davis has 146 RAC yards of which 60 came on the 98 yard bomb. A great statistic: RAC % of total receiving yards, and total RAC yards. When you find these stats you’ll notice it’s Diggs and Singletary, the drop off after these two is precipitous. Diggs 412 RAC / 1325 total = 31% RAC Shakir 68 / 133 = 51% Crowder 30 / 60 = 50% McKenzie 121 / 404 = 30% Kumerow 17 / 64 = 27% Beasley 4 / 18 = 22% Davis 146 / 797 = 18% Singletary 257 / 277 = 93% Hines 45 / 53 = 85% Gilliam 54 / 69 = 78% Cook 123 / 174 = 71% Sweeney 8 / 7 = 114% Morris 33 / 84 = 39% Knox 183 / 504 = 36% I believe RAC is equally attributable to the following: #1 take what the defense is giving you #2 offensive play design #3 player RAC ability #4 QB accuracy RAC to Total Receiving Yards KC 2755 / 5048 = 55% CIN 2060 / 4305 = 48% BUF 1549 / 4037 = 38%
  8. Good point OP. Being that an offense can only have a max of 5 eligible receivers on a play it would be ideal to blast as many receivers as possible at the LOS and keep 2 safeties back in a zone, in the event the DL can’t get to the QB.
  9. Mixon just trying to keep focus on us stopping him instead of his WRs which do the real damage.
  10. The Bills have widened the gap in the AFCE year over year.
  11. Sauce Gardener just not getting enough pick 6s as the Jets had planned on.
  12. Russell Wilson is just good enough to lose by 3.
  13. Allen’s receiving corps is not as dynamic as 2020 due to aging of the corps. Beasley & Brown are fragments of what they once were. Gabe Davis is incrementally better year 3. Diggs is now 29 not 27 but is still performing at an All-Pro level. The Bills will need to address the WRs on the offseason to re-equip the weapons for Allen.
  14. James Cook is the best back in the NFL no one outside of Buffalo has heard of.
  15. Bills 63 Bungals 17.
  16. That’s the idea behind zone D. Lots of cushion not tight coverage closing and making a play on the ball or sure tackling. Tre not playing a lot of press man. If we run that scheme on Bengals Tre can handle Higgins, put Elam on Chase.
  17. Basham is a decent DL rostational player. He’s more athletic than given credit great RAS, great sub 4.6 40 time. I’d argue it would be wiser to use him on 3rd down PR situations and use his speed and power to draw double teams and run LB spy stunts around his side.
  18. Ideally a freak athlete with a crazy RAS score and high football IQ.
  19. 401K loans are never a bad idea
  20. Mahomes and Chiefs too. Last road playoff game won by the Chiefs was what year?
  21. I’ll add that the Chiefs have yet to face true adversity as their top 7 players have been relatively healthy (Mahomes, Kelce, Jones, Gay, Bolton, Thuney, Humphrey). Any game KC may see one of these players go down which could severely limit their outlook. The Bills have (Allen, Diggs, Hyde, Poyer, Miller, Morse). Of which only Allen & Diggs have stayed healthy enough to play every game. Add in Milano & Edmunds both of whom lost games to injury. We have been more challenged on the injury front, testing our depth and grit.
  22. Joe Mixon is a dirty as Mac Jones
