  1. I have a feeling Singletary & Cook combine for 5 TDs.
  2. All good points. For Hurts I see the Eagles getting beat at Dallas. If Hurts sucks in that game, gets blown out, is exposed/‘figured out’, throws 3-4 picks that opens the door for Allen. If Hurts blows any other game then the door is wide open. Allen’s case would be I have the strongest strength of schedule, road wins at Mahomes and Burrow, less receiver quality than the other top 3 Hurts, Mahomes or Burrow.
  3. Allen would likely need all the following: in his control: *Win out and perhaps be dominant in his level of play weather aside **meaning beat Burrow another MVP candidate head to head ***Secure #1 home field for playoffs over Mahomes another QB he beat head to head ****Limit turnovers - 2 tops ****produce at least 8 more touchdowns (rushing + passing) Outside his control: *Hurts and Eagles play sloppy down the stretch and lose to Cowboys, and 1 other game *Justin Jefferson and Vikings continue to slide *Mahomes has another Denver level game with 3 picks *Parsons and Cowboys beat Eagles but lose to Jacksonville or another NFC opponent
  4. Drove up 850 miles from the dirty south.
  5. The next game sets up the stretch run. Beat Miami and we get no cred. Lose to Miami and we are a paper tiger. Can’t lose to the same team twice.
  6. I’m fine with 6 yards per catch. That at least moves the chains.
  7. Yes despite 3 players ending up on IR: Javonte Williams, Breece Hall = ACLs Cooper Kupp - High Ankle
  8. If memory serves me correct that ball went to Knox along the sideline.
  9. On our second to last drive he dialed up a bootleg pass on 1st down. I would have preferred a WR screen pass
  10. Cole played well last season when he wasn’t injured. How healthy is he?
  11. Ken Dorsey is still developing as an OC. He will improve if given time and learning that weather prevents certain concepts / play calls.
  12. Tre is fine.
  13. Tua has been exposed. Miami is fried. Will Miami score any points Saturday?
  14. Tua at one point tonight was 3/17. I can see him doing that again.
  15. Yes. At the very least switch up coverages and keep Tua guessing. Take away the run jam Hill and put Poyer over the top. Zone D with Tre on Waddle’s side.
  16. If the Bills don’t jam Hill next week they are missing a huge strategy that appears to be working well.
  17. I appreciate Romo’s candor, but he’s got to stop hitting the bottle.
  18. Herbert isn’t a finisher and lacks the killer instinct. He’s a laid back kid from Oregon who has never shown he has that burning desire to win at all costs, and therefore I’m not surprised that he lacks the leadership needed to be a consistent winner. Herbert is constantly described as mellow and laid back, almost a recluse. Talented as any QB, I just don’t see the passion needed to get to the next level.
  19. Rousseau is also smart - probably the most underrated metric of any NFL player.
  20. Elam will be fine and my bet is he will play significant snaps come playoff time as the Bills will likely move him to D up the likes of Kelce.
  21. All week we heard how accurate Mike White was. Allen was by far the superior QB today doing what was necessary to get the dub, while Mike White’s ribs were turned into mash.
  22. Hill rope a dope
  23. We are one snap away from 11-2, and I’d say 5 Fahrenheit away from 12-1.
  24. They won despite his best efforts to give it away like he did for Joe Burrow. Would be nice if he gift wraps a game like that come January. Hurts is better than you realize with his dual threat ability and the fact they got him AJ Brown to keep defenses honest.
  25. With every KC choke, it’s looking like 1/2/23 at Cincy will decide #1 seed. Did the NFL HQ know something?
