    If there's any truth the rumors, TV Distribution is the key. The original XFL was partnered with NBC who at the time was left out of the big money NFL contract. But I don't think NBC was ever totally on board. The XFL was a risky investment to go up against the NFL/Disney/Fox/CBS/DirecTV behemouth. I suspect some at NBC didn't want to push too hard to begin with in the hopes of getting a seat back at the table, as they eventually did with Sunday Night Football The UFL never really had any kind of network distribution Now in 2017, a new football league doesn't need the alphabet broadcasters to distribute their product. Partner with Amazon or Netflix or Youtube and stream it all online. Kickoff is at noon but you can start the stream from the beginning whenever you feel like it and not miss a play

    How are the itemized deductions monitored? If you drive 20,000 miles between inspections without ever leaving the state, what is to stop somebody from claiming that they drove 19,000 out of state? If multiple states adopt mileage taxes, are car owners responsible for filing tax returns in every state their vehicles have driven?
