I dunno. What coaches like to do isn't always what they did or could do themselves. I get paid to coach baseball and I played as a giant see ball crush ball 1st baseman. I love to have a team of scrappy fast guys that can play defense and bunt. Me as a player would have a hard time making my team as a coach.

I took many things away from that day

Yeah, the game that was 6-6 going into the 4th quarter. The offense turned the ball over and desperately needed the defense to make a play to keep the Jags out of FG range. The defense allowed the Jags to march to the 3 yard line and kick a chip shot. They were great that day. Until they weren't. Talk to Eagles fans about Reid and running the ball and blowing Championship games.

Brand new OC who has never called plays. There will be growing pains. Questions about the direction and philosophy of the offense with Dorsey and OLine coach TBD. Obvious and deserved questions about the lack of speed in the secondary. Questions about the defense and it's philosophy in general. Questions about the interior OLine. There is a lot we don't know and frankly a lot to fix. Even if the defense had managed to play for 13 seconds could they have stopped Jamarr Chase and Joe Mixon? I have doubts. I think the Rams would shred this team so I don't think the team is as close as some would like to believe and as close as the team likes to tell itself.

Just just like Gaine, Schoen ends up back with the Bills in under a year. Nice. Of course there is also the minor issue of Gaine and Schoen now both having been accused of discriminatory hiring practices but I'm sure all of that happened when they were out of Buffalo. if they make him OC/Associate Head Coach it's not a lateral. Pederson's last year in Philly was an absolute trainwreck in every way. And people who are saying Bill O'Brien are insane. O'Brien is a snake and I don't want him anywhere near here.

No I got it, your money is yours and you want to spend it yourself and what you want and use so you live in states with lower taxes. Those lower taxes almost inevitably lead to lower school spending. It was pretty clear.

Was he the one advocating going for two? Was he responsible for the dog crap offense they had at the end of the season? Did he personally injure all of the defensive backs? This is a desperate move of a coach who knows he's on the ropes after two disappointing seasons in a row
