Ranking NFL rosters from 1-32: Surprises at the top? Grades shown are based on 2016 PFF Scores. Best/Worst Starters determined by average PFF score over their career, not just 2016. Personally I think we are better than 27th, but maybe I'm just a homer? My biggest surprises were Chicago at 18 and Tennessee at 3 behind the Falcons and Pats*.

Tyrod has 2 4th quarter comebacks in 29 games played, and it might've been 3 if not for major Special Teams and Defensive failures in the 2nd Miami game. He also has 3 game winning drives. So he has delivered in 'clutch time', just maybe not as often as you want.

I'm not for trading away assets at this point. Let's see who ends up off a roster at the cut down to 53. We could see a Yeldon or Freddy Morris come out on the open market.

I mean, honestly ask yourself, 'How likely is it that Darnold, or any QB this year for that matter, is as good as Andrew Luck?'. Then remember that the Colts have lost the division to the QB-less Texans 3 of Luck's 5 years.

They replaced David Harris with Demario Davis, Calvin Pryor with Jamal Adams (Rook), and Darelle Revis with Morris Claiborne. In the other Safety spot they're probably starting another rook in Marcus Maye. I like Adams a lot, but depending on rookies to contribute is always a ?. DL: L. Williams, S. McClendon, M. Wilkerson, S. Richardson LB: D. Lee, D. Davis, J Jenkins, B. Carter S: J. Adams, M. Maye CB: M. Claiborne, B. Skrine, M. I added a couple things in case anyone wanted to make a more informed decision. In no way do I think Tyrod is a better QB than Carr at this point, but using gross stats without even the context of games played or attempts seems silly. Based on the stats alone, Tyrod's best year isn't all that different from Carr's, and Tyrod's worst year isn't as bad as Carr's (albeit rookie) year. Why don't we revisit when we have a 3rd year of Tyrod data? I know I'm nitpicking at this point, but he's gotten 30 TDs once, He's had 10 or fewer INTs once, and he's had one 10 win season. I like his career trajectory so far. It'll be interesting to see how the roster around him is impacted, if at all, by his new cap hits over the next few years.
