Holy . I didn't think I could get more fired up about this, but I just watched the video posted on ESPN of the NE* broadcast of the hit.
Guy 1: White came down on the sideline, and then Gronkowski landed on top of White and I think Gronk may get called for...
Idiot: GOOD! Good for him. You wanna hold him the whole way?!?
Guy 1: a personal foul.

And you wonder why the Pats* are hated? Your player deliberately concussed another player who was laying face down on the ground and your response is "GOOD! Good for him."?
off!
If Cousins craps out and you have a young supporting cast that you built through the draft then you have a great situation for a new QB to step into. Dallas built that OL through the draft, not FA. They also drafted Elliot, and Bryant, and Witten. Beasley was a UDFA.
We're in agreement here. From what I can see, Cousins + keeping our picks would be the fastest path to success, but using the capital we have to move up for a QB the team is actually willing to invest in and surround with talent (a la Goff/Wentz) is also admirable. I just think the latter situation will take an extra 1-2 years to really pay off (if the QB hits, of course).
I'm really never for targeting/bounty nonsense, but the Bills clearly let the league handle the discipline and they totally botched it. He's a big dude, what if he hit 2" lower and broke Tre's neck? Absolutely disgusting.
If you hit on the QB pick then nothing sucks. Also, even losing the 2019 1st & 3rd the Bills would still have a 2nd, 2 4ths, a 5th, a 6th, and 3 7ths. There's ammo there to consolidate and move up if we're looking at quality over quantity by then.
I don't know man. Joe Montana is tied with Vinny Testaverde for game winning drives, while Brady is tied for 2nd with Marino. That's the only applicable stat to QBs.
As someone who's watched every game of both of their careers, no.
I know he's not a PS guy, but if you want to sell me on taking a shot on Aaron Murray I'll listen. Just please don't waste time with Evans.
I risk getting worse before I go with either Sam or Eli. Ultimately the best path would've been keeping Tyrod through '18, but the more I things develop the more that bridge looks to be burning.
