  1. Finding the right QB has nothing to do with "draft position" especially in a weak QB class like the one coming up. PLENTY of teams could've taken Russell Wilson, Derek Carr, Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers and were in the "right draft position" to draft any of these guys but they didn't. The Bills need to find a coach first of all and take it from there. We have all the pieces in place to make it a desirable job. Someone that knows how to coach up a QB and will leave the defense alone. I would've loved Gase but since he's obviously unavailable, I wouldn't mind Kyle Shanahan or Bevell.
  2. We also missed out on Tom Brady, Russell Wilson, Dak Prescott, Drew Brees. Whats the point?
  3. Say what you will be he had great chemistry with Taylor before getting knocked around. And a 60% Harvin is better than any other WR on our roster who's at 100%. Why not...we're clearly in desperation mode. Same ole Bills...7-9 season and a new coach every 2-3 years, here we come!!
  4. You have no words for my post because I'm right. When he's delivering the blows and scoring it's fine. But the moment he can't score because he's getting abused, he wants to go to Goodell. So many times last year, I've seen him sacrifice his body to go head first into the end zone. Lower his shoulder to truck defenders. Then stand up in front of them and dab right in front of their face. Honestly, Steve McNair took as many hits as Cam. No complaints from him. Roethlisberger and Luck take some hard hits (some questionable) but they have the respect of their peers, on offense AND defense. That's all it is. If defenders and officials respected him and he wasn't such an a-hole, things would go his way. Say all you want about Brady and the Brady rule but he has the respect of his peers on the field. The dude is 6'5" 250 and he plays PHYSICAL. So what does he expect when a 210 lb safety comes at him? You want him to lay over so he can run over him? LOL. It's players like Newton and Beckham that give this game a bad name. All the talent in the world but hate contact and hate being roughed up so they throw a temper tantrum.
  5. No he doesn't...Brady and Brees don't lower their shoulder and try to run over defenders when they're running so don't even compare Cam to Brady/Brees. He wants to run like a RB, he's gonna be treated like one. And his last concussion he suffered against the Falcons was his own fault for pulling up before he even reached the end zone. He was probably too busy thinking about his next end zone celebration. Ron Rivera is the biggest hypocrite of them all. He says he wants to protect his franchise QB, so he does this by calling 11 designed run plays in a game where his QB is getting hit in the head??!!! "Hey Cam, I know you're getting hit in the head a bunch of times and I want to look out for you, but I'll need you to run the ball again. And then a couple more times so you keep getting hit." Cam needs to learn about RESPECT. If Rivera and Cam want these hard hits to stop, then stop playing like a RB and protect yourself. Dude is 6'5" 250 lbs, crying about DB's who weigh 40 lbs less than him. Last year he was the one initiating the contact, bullying DB's and then talking sht to them and dancing in front of them, disrespecting the defense. What'd he expect? What did he say? "If you want me to stop dancing, keep me out of the end zone." That's what defenses are doing and now that he's having a bad season, he wants to complain to Goodell? Respect the game and respect your opponents. He's lost all respect from any defensive player in the NFL, and every official in the NFL. He wanted to be a cocky SOB last year and now it's come back to haunt him. I feel no sympathy for someone like Cam. He's been a complete douche since his rookie year with reports coming from the Pro Bowl that he was the biggest a-hole there. Did anyone even notice that nobody tried to rush any other QB on the field, but the moment Cam hit the field, defenders tried to go after him? So why is he surprised by all this? He's had it coming and I don't feel sorry for him one bit. He asked for it.
  6. Illegal play? Yup. Dirty? Definitely.
  7. And people are criticizing Tyrod for his lack of plays... Eagon? LOL
  8. Officials are saying it was a "football play." If I were Rex, i'd tell my WR's to set an example and do the same thing to every safety they see. Time to go headhunting boys!! If that is a football play, let's do it.
  9. I've been saying it was Glenn for the last couple monthes but this episode was HEAVY and was too much. I need a break...
  10. They couldn't handle Tannehill or they couldn't handle Ajayi?
  11. You can put ANYONE with Brady and he'll make them look better. Whats your point?
  12. What do you mean? MVP Cam's having a GREAT season. LOL
  13. Gilmore is great but far from being "elite." He's not a shutdown corner and not worth the money he thinks he's worth.
  14. Sounds exactly like Cutler coming out of college... Also, what business did he have running out on the field of a high school game to "protect" his brother? LOL.
  15. Still not 100% sold but we are playing A LOT better on both sides of the ball. The Bills do this EVERY year, start off hot, get our hopes up and then crash after our bye week. Our REAL test is coming up so I won't say anything until we win these games. We still have the Patriots WITH Tom Brady, the Steelers, Seahawks IN Seattle, Raiders, and Bengals are all tough games. The Jags game isn't an automatic win either. I'm still expecting an 8-8/9-7 season.
  16. Gilmore is far from being a "shutdown" corner so if Rex needs one, he'll have to look elsewhere. That is the most overused term and it's annoying. I'd say there's 4 or 5 "true shutdown" CBs in the league right now and Gilmore isn't one of em. Gilmore isn't as good as Patrick Peterson, Chris Harris, Aqib Talib, Josh Norman, or Darrelle Revis in his prime. If he wants to get paid as much as these guys, he can start packing his bags right now.
  17. Our running game is clicking, our defense is clicking, and we're finally developing an identity. What's your beef?
  18. I love that diversity is defined by 2 races. LOL. White America
  19. Then Cam shouldn't run the ball the way he does. He always initiates the contact when he runs the option play and lowers his shoulder when he runs. If he didn't play the way he plays, he'd get a lot more of those calls.
  20. Cam Newton runs like a fullback and tries to plow over defenders so defenses are gonna treat him like one. If he wants to be the big, tough QB he's known to be, he's gonna have to deal with the consequences.
