The lack of talent he had to work with on both sides of the ball was pretty mindblowing. He had no WR's, no QB, no running game and while his front 7 were pretty solid, that secondary was a disgrace. I don't think 10 wins is gonna get us into the playoffs. 10 wins is a BIG maybe. We need 11 wins to get a solid to definite chance of making the playoffs IMO.

I'm not the biggest Rex supporter but if you think that was all his fault, you should get your head checked. Look at the last 2-3 years of his tenure with the Jets. Look at the RB, QB, WR, CB, S that he had to work with, and you tell me what he should've done with "those" guys. John Idzik is more to blame for their debacle if you ask me. Sure Rex has had his issues with clock management, questionable playcalling and his boneheaded "motivational" speeches, but when he's had talent to work with, he knows how to utilize them.

Another problem is how lobsided the NBA is right now. Cavs were not battle tested what so ever in the playoffs. Who's the Cavs main competition in the eastern conference? The Pacers? The Raptors? LOL. Meanwhile the Warriors are battle tested. They play teams like the Clippers, Thunder, Spurs, Blazers. Any of these teams would run the table if they moved to the "other" conference.

LeBron has no fire inside him what so ever. You think Kobe or Jordan would've taken this? Nope. They would've eaten their teammates alive on the sidelines or in the locker room at halftime. Unfortunately the zoo staff made the right decision (YES I'm a BIG animal rights person) but they never should've been put in that position in the first place. A tranquilizer probably would've agitated the animal even more and would've become more violent. When you're kid says "I'm gonna go down to the moat to the gorillas" and then has the time to climb a rail, over a fence and fall down the cliff, or whatever, she clearly was not paying attention and needs to be punished for child neglect, endangerment of child, or whatever. She also needs to take full responsibility of the loss of an endangered animal. I think Harambe was trying to watch over the child and the screaming and yelling from the retarded people irritated him more. That btch of a woman should be charged and thrown in jail. The fact that she is getting away with this and nothing is happening pisses me off. Her name needs to be made public!!!!

I'm still not sold on Rex but without him, we don't have Greg Roman, and we don't have Tyrod Taylor, and most likely we don't have the top rushing offense in the league. We go into this year's draft needing to draft a QB early (probably would've drafted Paxton Lynch) instead of Shaq, and the sky would be falling yet again for most Bills fans. We would've drafted all offense, settled for a mediocre d-line without Mario and we'd all be crying about something that we didn't do during the offseason... Oh well...

Get ready for another 8-8 season, search for a new head coach and we'll probably get another DC that will wanna switch back to a 4-3 defense...lol

Most talented teams don't always equal best team. Patriots are always the least "talented" team in the NFL. Seahawks aren't all that talented either IMO. 2009 Saints weren't talented. Players just need to buy into the coaches system and fit within that system. Talent is slightly overrated outside the QB position.
