Why I hate Bills playing Thursday Night.....
Billsfan1972 replied to Billsfan1972's topic in The Stadium Wall
Do you guys not have a sense of humour? I'm having fun..... But yes 11 days between games is a long time. By the way I've always supported Allen (feel free to check my history😜). How many of you were ready to toss them aside and if that was the case then we'd have plenty of 1:00 pm games??? -

Actually I did clean the garage on Sunday and watched some garbage games (NE vs. Miami.....)....... -

Absolutely wrong, sure your hate for all things Boston has tainted you. Yes, Red Sox, Pats & Celtics sometimes can get grating...... It is what it is. The Ringer has some of the best writing on the net and great Podcasts. -

Of course he is and yes that is exactly what I said. While Buffalo will win the division, he has KC to go to the SB. Like Bills fans did not want NE winning SB's, Simmons does too undervalue the Bills..... But yes loves Allen... -
It's now only Tuesday and still 6 days 'til Monday night. For years it was very simple, the Bills Sunday @ 1:00 (unless the West Coast) and you prepared appropriately. This year 6 games not in the traditional Sunday 1:00 or 4:00 pm slot. We've now had 4-5 days since the Rams game and another 6 'til Tenn..... At least afterwards we get into a nice groove of Sunday games (though an early bye wk 7). Really nothing much to post here either as everyone is on a high. Just listened to Bill Simmons and yes he had a warning/comment to Bills fans (and yes he is a NE fan so will be some sour grapes, but he is right).... Act like you've been there and don't get too high (or low).

There's something about NE that makes them a perennial topic on OBD. I know I have to read the thread, but we should just forget about them here and be looking at who the Bills should be competing against this year (i.e. Balt, KC, LAC, Den.....) and upcoming opponents. Yes every NE loss and the offense looking bad brings a smile to my face, but shouldn't be a thread here.

Yes what I was trying to say was that Mahomes has never won a game under the opposition's home field in the playoffs. The Super Bowl is in neutral field. It is the stupidity of other people trying to come up with something to denigrate Allen. So what happens if Buffalo does win the Superbowl and has home field advantage I guess he still wouldn't have won a game on the road.

And Bills fans don't need to always take it personally. I listen to Bill always and he tries to talk himself into things, especially concerning his Boston teams. Since the Bills are in their division, he always tries hard and already tried to talk "down" Allen. Expect Sunday he'll be saying something different (dependent on how Mac does vs. the Dolphins). Again never let the highs be too high or the lows too low.....

How quickly things change with Josh. I remember early in his career week 1 vs. the Jets he throws a perfect pass to Beasley (about 5 yards) who can't hold it, pops up and is returned for a TD and pages of posts as to whether it was a good throw or if this was a symptom of Allen not being accurate and no finesse as it was thrown too hard. Fast forward to last night and Mackenzie not holding a similar pass and it popping out and the defender getting an int. Now (and rightly so) it was 100% Mackenzie's fault. Time have certainly changed.....😉

Tom Brady Away From Bucs to "Deal With Some Personal Things"
Billsfan1972 replied to Gugny's topic in The Stadium Wall
Tampa wants to win the Super Bowl I think they don't care who they have a quarterback. In actuality I don't think Brady fans are too worried about it. -
Can I ask who really cares????

Matt Araiza accused of rape, served with a lawsuit.

Probably the only starting position player that could be cut. If you was the starting middle linebacker bet you dollars to Donuts that he would not be cut yet. -
Bills show what a class organization they are
Billsfan1972 replied to marck's topic in The Stadium Wall
Good thing he's a punter and not a starter at any other position or this would have gone on and on. Bills did absolutely the right thing in ensuring this was not going to be a distraction. Apologies if answered elsewhere, but I wonder why they didn't just suspend him (and bar him from the facilities) or put him on an inactive list, until this plays out. Unless of course the information they now have is so damning they had to cut/release him. -
Looks like the call to squib may not have made it to Bass
Billsfan1972 replied to Reed83HOF's topic in The Stadium Wall
If McD made the right call to begin with there would not have been any confusion. By the way I saw a directional kick to the five was the right call. -

The fact (if true) that McD called a tb originally, he has no feel for the game in the big moment. Us rubes all knew the right call on the kick and the next two plays. -

I imagine the response will be "No Comment" or more likely "I did what I was told". But yes beating a dead horse.....
