Oldmanfan & others...... Goff has thrown for over 400 yards 5 minutes into the third quarter..... Is that such a bad thing? So tired about this..,.. Answer this one question..... How the heck have the Bills gone 45 (since 2016) games without throwing for 300 (and no other team is close)????

The point is sometimes you need to throw for 300+ yards to win games..... There are shootouts..... Look today at Miami vs. Philadelphia as an example. The Bills are not so dominant on defense that a 300 yard passing game would not be a good thing every once in a while. The fact that in 2019 the only team not to throw for 300 outside Buffalo is Washington & in 2017 & 2018 Buffalo was the only team NOT TO DO IT. Sorry that is embarrassing.....

No my concern is the Defense is not as good as McD thinks it is (and many here). Dallas moved the ball all game long & shot themselves in the foot (missed fgs, 4th down misses & turnovers). The offense though was humming, but could have been a closer game too.

And you miss the point continually...... The last three weeks I've been very happy with the Offense. I don't think they were that good or played an entertaining brand of football prior. The Bills the frist two years under McD were 15-17 & blown out in a # of losses and still were incapable of putting up offensive stats. They were ranked 29th 31st passing) & 30th (31st passing)...... I am happy with the strides they've mad & are 17th (24th passing) this year. I'll ask were you happy they were 31st the prior two years? Is 24th okay with you? Do people en joy being much improved & still in the bottom 25%?

No my obsession is with the offensive game planning of this team has for the most part and the concern is that until the last 3 games they were not very good on offense and too concerned with only field position & playing for a 17-13 result.

And if Allen threw for 300 yards vs. NE, Philly & Cleveland..... They are probably 13-0.......? Someone pointed out vs, Cleveland with they scored a TD that last drive & the last 35 yards in the air he would have thrown for 301 yards..... Trubisky won a close game Thursday and it was due to him passing for 300 (and the last td drive and his passing accounting for it). This is a stupid argument as any one withany brains knows that the best QB's in the NFL all throw for 300 yards + consistently.....

Not by the Bills there are not......

Of course it is!!!! It is another stoopid attempt to pretend that throwing for yards (in this case it is 300 yards) means nothing. These are from people still thinking the Defense is the 2000 Ravens & dreaming of Trent Dilfer as the prototypical QB.....??

A totally irrelevant stat that is shown on almost all sources. Tell you what if I agree with you, however tell you I want to see it (along with 3+TD passes) would that make you feel better??????

No the point is the Bills have gone 45 games without one that to mean seems almost impossible to do, unless your coaching philosophy is so out of date...... BTW for those who haven't looked, the Bills are not 45-0 over those 45 games, which seems to be the argument that you don't need to throw for 300 by some posters here.....

He was great imo. As an Ex-Dallas player, I expect him to still have an allegiance. As stated the narrative regardless in JJ & Garrett..... Oh & let's also not forget that Dallas marched the ball up & down the field much of the game & continually imploded too.

Kickers vs. Buffalo are 8-16 as an fyi....

I remember him missing a 43 yarder short in RW last year. Over 50 and they would barely clear and he is missing them anyways.

Haus money was cool in 2011-2017, but he has absolutely no leg and is abominable. Good thing kickers vs. the Bills this year may actually have been worse. Yesterday Dallas' kicker gifted us 6 points (and lest we forget the Jets & Titans games).

Yes all is wonderful..... My bad....... 231 & 1 TD doesn't jump out........ I gave him an A+ and am a huge supporter.

Sorry, but many (at least some) of us here want to see that really big game. Allen was great, but still only 231 yards, which is not a whole lot....... And I've supported him since day 1. You still miss the point that yes many want to see a full 4 quarters and really big time #'s like 3-4 TD passes & 350 yards passing.

Yes I want 300, but definitely A+ Too bad Dallas self-destructed so many times & we didn't get to see him play all out. Unleash him please.....

They score almost 27 pts/gm, which includes the duds vs. NE & NO on the road. Over 30 in 6 of 11 games (stopped inside the 10 vs. Minnesota or 7). Yep the Bills need to score today.

And they throw for over 300 yards a game and score points...... Yes the Bills defense is better......

They will..... I know the Bills demolished Denver, but last two on the road were not great defensive performances. Dallas will be loaded for bear (or Bill) though may too rollover on Garrett.

Many won't disappear until there is that 300 yard game, the ability to come back down 14+ (yes did that vs the Jets) and win a shootout (which all could happen this Thursday?). BTW only team other then the Bills not to throw for 300 yards this season...... The Deadskins. When everything goes well (offense & defense) that's one thing, but the Bills again have played some of the worst offenses in Football this year (though NYJ & some others have turned it around) and certainly some of the worst defenses. I am 100% a JA backer, but again want to see 30+ points (and not vs. the Dolphins).
