5 wins (four of which against teams with a grand total of 3 wins)...... And a signature win 14-7 over Tennessee..... Glass half full..... He did not take over a 4 win team..... He took over a team that had gone 9-7, 8-8 and 7-9 (where they last in OT week 16 or too could have made the playoffs)......

Here we go again...... If you believe in The Process McClappity is bang on..... This 5 year plan will soon be 6-8 and then they'll be a new set of excuses. The offense makes no banes that it is about 17 points, no mistakes (penalties are fine, turnovers are not) and the defense being elite. And again we line up on opposite sides. Those behind The Process applaud him, others shake their head & think :More of the Same".....

We agree to take the chains off him...... As for the process..... Yes every team has a plan and goals in place. What they don't do is go on and on referring to it as this magical potion that they have the answer to calling it "The Process"......

Not every team uses that as their Mantra...... Sorry I am not a salary cap expert, but again people cling to the narrative that the Bills were in Salary cap hell. Frankly I don't believe they were, but sounds like a good excuse. This team & some here have excuse after excuse. As bad as Miami & Washington are, they too are relying on picking that star QB. So if the Bills beat Washington that will mean wins over teams with 0,0,1,1 & 2 wins & a signature win over 4 win Tennessee (who benched there QB in large part to his performance vs. the Bills Elite defense).

Shhh, that will ruin his narrative......

You're not allowed to say that here where McClappity preaches 14-10 games...... Remember "Trust the Process" Again as usual you are missing the point. This is a QB driven league and the Bills need to know whether Allen is the guy (& I think he is). However they don't give him any real weapons, an offensive game plan that is based on scoring points and have yes had a cupcake schedule so no one knows for sure. I love the Bills and want to see them win, want exciting offensive football and to see results more like the LA Rams & SF 49'ers who re-built and have immediate success, then this Process that next thing we know may be year 4, 5 6.......... I'm happy the Bills are 5-2, just not thrilled with their play for the most part.

Again 5-2 but not a convincing win to date..... Yep better then losses, just stating a fact. The point of the Thread is again the # here who go on about "The Process". Wonder if you all have copies of "The Secret", which this hackneyed phrase/mantra reminds me of.

I love you guys..... Believe it or not I am not jumping ship and been a fan for as long as it says as per my user name. What I don't like is this bull called "THE PROCESS" and the # who thought Rex & Marrone were so bad when their records were the same or better then McClappity. I hate how ugly & uninspired the Offense is and that most games are a slog to watch. I want to see if we have a QB. I want 24-40 points/game. I want 300 yard passing games. It is because i am such a huge fan that I am here & want more.

This team finished 9-7, 8-8 & 7-9 the prior three years to Coach McD & we've been forced fed the process in 2017 & on..... Yep 5-2, with a cupcake schedule and still we hear particularly on here about the Process..... Sorry I want more & hope that is the sentiment of most fans & ownership.

I'd say 7 weeks!!!! The Bills refuse to play entertaining offensive football..... And sometimes the Defense rises to the occasion.

Here we go again..... The Bills need only worry about Defense as they are elite & when torched, it is the Offenses fault. Forget 14-10 games, we want 3-0 games as that is McClappity's persona.

Yep here we go again........ Expect little & I guess you are happy..... The Offense will be good in 2022 I guess and then we'll know if JA is the QB of the future???? Throw him in to the fire, give him weapons and see what they have.

I was using Chicago as an example of a team that thinks their team (like Buffalo) can win 12 games based on Defense alone. Not comparing the offenses at all except for the fact that neither of them have much confidence in them or seem to know how to best use them. No one gives the Offense a pass..... If anything they are screaming for the OC & McClappity to unleash the offense and see what JA has. It is those who were spouting that this was a top 3 defense and that the offense just needs to score 14 (and if needed an offensive explosion of 20) a game & not make mistakes and they'd be a top tier team that had me getting upset.

So before the bye week this Defense was so good, that all the Offense needed to do was ground & pound, make no mistakes & 14-20 points would be enough to win week after week. Too lazy to find those posts, but there were many. Now it is back to worrying about JA....... You guys crack me up.....

Again the Bills need to figure out whether they have a franchise qb. Is Allen Drew Brees or Blake Bortles. Jacksonville spun it's wheels thinking they had a an Elite defense and could win with Blake Bortles (who at least did have 300 yard passing games). It was a huge mistake & now they are starting over...... I think Allen could be very good, but watching this offense and how Daboll & McClappy built & run it, makes me wonder if we'll ever know. BTW look too at the Bears & Trubinsky and expecting the D to allow 10 points or less......

You can not win in this league thinking 14-10 will do it, which is how the coaching staff play calls.....

No the Bills have not been exciting this year. Every game has been pretty much a slog to watch, unless you are a Bills fan. They do not play exciting/fun to watch football. They have a mindset to play 14-10 games...... And no not fun to watch.

Yep waiting for those to tell me..... "I don't care about the offense or watching an exciting/enjoyable game...... All I want is a win and 10-7 is perfectly fine".....

Was so tired of being shouted down when I and others say they want to see what the offense has & that 14-10 wins are not sustainable. This team was 5-1 and I was upset with how they play & the coaching philosophy and today it was on full display. 5 ugly wins and today no sense of purpose until the third quarter. The drive to get it to 17-13 was the only time the Bills looked really in-sync. I want the Bills to come out wanting to throw for 300+ & score 30+ points. Been a long time since that was the mindset (yes scored over 40 vs. NYJ & Miami last year)......
