  1. You know every interception that Mahomes throws now will be called back for being a hip drop horsecollar offensive onsides interception so KC gets a free play.
  2. I read the story and the little girl's family is really upset. They were never contacted or anything concerning his commutation. Andy Reid may be a great coach but I have to really question his parenting skills.
  3. Those old astroturf fields, oh man. If you ever got to walk on one it was just a thin layer of carpet and concrete.
  4. I would encourage you to do some research as well. FBI table 43 gives a racial breakdown of crimes each year by race. These stats are from every police agency in the country which are required to submit a UCR (Uniform Crime Report). A rough breakdown is that black men make up just over 6% of the population but commit approximately 55% of violent crimes.
  5. Everyone dancing around it, I'll say it. Race has a lot to do with Lamar winning MVP. If Josh had Lamar's stats he wouldn't be in the top 20.
  6. I was born and raised in Rochester and lived on the Mississippi Gulf Coast for 25 years. I moved back to Rochester about 4 years ago so I have a pretty good perspective on the two places. Most people who trash Mississippi, including on here, have never even been there. They get their information from tv and movies and assume its just a bunch of white dudes in pickups chasing a black guy trying to beat him. It's not like that at all, the Gulf Coast of Mississippi is nicer than anywhere in western NY. My fathers family is from Bath, NY and I can assure you that driving around the southern tier you will see twice as many confederate flags as in MS. Any black person who has lived in both places will tell you that the racism in the north is way worse than in the south.
  7. we definitely could have beaten them if playoff Lamar showed up.
  8. The ref saying "the ball was fumbled forward out of bounds, therefore it will be returned to the spot of the fumble" is saying the Bills didn't recover it in bounds which we all saw was ridiculous. No one can see if it touched his helmet or not. The lack of an actual explanation even now leads me to believe that they were trying to keep the Steelers in the game at that point.
  9. Everyone saying they saw the ball hit is helmet is incorrect. There was never an angle that showed if it did or didn't hit his helmet. Thats not what the ref called though, he said " the ball was fumbled forward out of bounds therefore it will be returned to the spot of the fumble". This indicates that he wasn't calling that it hit his helmet while he was out of bounds, it's indicating that it wasn't recovered in bounds. This was obviously incorrect as the replay clearly showed a recovery by the Bills in bounds.
  10. No way we take 7 off the field. I can see Poyer in the box a lot though.
  11. How does NE NEVER hold on long runs across the field.
  12. That's exactly what I said during the game. If you draw up a caricature of a typical philly d-bag, that guy is what you come up with.
  13. Who doesn't think this team is good enough to go 5-0 down the stretch? I would ask, " Why would anyone think this team is good enough to go 5-0 down the stretch"? Have we shown at all that we can be consistently good enough to win 5 in a row?
  14. One ugly is the refs picking up the flag after it looked like the Bucs punter swung his helmet at a Bills player after that skirmish.
  15. Evidently you didn't read my post. Marino made a Super Bowl, we haven't come close.
  16. It would be really difficult to fire a coach who has been so successful. But it's also unusual for a team to be so successful for such a long period without even coming close to a Super Bowl.
  17. If you've ever heard Acho on tv, he has the IQ of a house plant. He's there because he fits the demographic they want.
  18. I wish that everyone would stop with the "we could have had this guy" stuff. We don't have that guy. There are always guys that end up better than people think.
  19. I thought he would change to a more aggressive playoff style after losing by being too passive in the past but punting inside Cincinnati territory and the soft defensive coverage show me he will always be too cautious in the playoffs.
  20. They will most likely win the division and get a home playoff game. I believe that Cincinnati and Kansas City may be better than them but we are still at least the third best team in the AFC.
  21. I do agree with you somewhat that rookies have a learning curve but we never seem to have impact rookies like other teams do. Our high round draft picks don't even see the field very much.
  22. It's definitely disappointing that we have poured so many premium assets into the D line over the past few years so that we have had to ignore the O line and WR depth and they could do absolutely nothing against 3 backups.
