  1. Only difficult catch I saw that he didn't make was the throw to the end zone, not sure what game you were watching, but he made a couple of good catches for first downs when he was blanketed. His hands are more than adequate for an NFL receiver
  2. Zay Jones got a ton of chances with no apparent signs of good enough hands for an NFL receiver. 3 years with that many games and got a pass with that many drops, and we can't give Duke a full season? As far as Green goes, yeah he's been a fantastic receiver, but we've dealt with a certain injury prone receiver in Watkins. I get that the comparison is night and day, but shelling out a contract to Green with him being that fragile just doesn't make sense in the long run
  3. Hmm, yeah Lawson does have that option. Still none too comfortable with Murphy coming back, maybe they will pursue that DE from the Jags
  4. I couldn't begin to fathom the logic of keeping Murphy over Shaq. Lawson was already a good run defender, but his sack total went up quite a bit. He's earned an extension IMO
  5. Hard pass on AJ Green, too far up there in age. Derrick Henry would be the best choice as far as FAs go, but I don't see Beane willing to pony up that kind of money for a RB. There's gonna be a huge bidding war for him
  6. For years, so many judgment calls that showed the call wrong have been like that. If the official called what the KR did a fumble, and even signaled a turnover, then because O'Brien boo hooed about it, he reverses his own judgment call? On the way home from the airport, I was listening to CBS radio. The broadcaster was like the Bills were incredibly jobbed because of that. I don't really want it to go down as a blown call personally, it makes the loss that much worse
  7. It's gonna be hard for Allen to improve if we have a coaching staff that plays scared, or plays not to lose. Daboll has to go and I'm praying Cleveland takes him off our hands.
  8. When I saw it, at first I thought meh, it was nothing. Then as I watched the replay, the official threw that blue piece signaling turnover. I know it won't mean much, but as far as I'm concerned, it was a judgment call.
  9. Still convinced Daboll is the answer? I’m not
  10. No it was wasn’t, if anything, maybe offensive PI
  11. Well I just landed in Chicago, had one member of Bills mafia do a shout out to me. Plane doesn’t depart for another 3 1/2 hours so I’ll get to watch some of it before I leave. Do the mafia proud boys!!!
  12. I’ll keep that in mind the next time I’m here, which may be in July. If not then, then definitely next December
  13. Yeah, won’t land in Nashville til around 7:30ish so the game will be long over by then. Hope McDermott has been holding out and unleashes an insane game plan
  14. I’m currently in Ware/Hertfordshire, having a great dinner at a Beefeater
  15. Flying back home from the UK, won’t get to see the game
  16. He is? Didn’t we play Philly after the bye and lose horribly?
  17. I understand both arguments about playing/resting our starters. But it seems like whenever the Bills get any kind of time off, they tend to play so flat afterwards. Personally I wouldn’t mind if Allen played at least 1 quarter. But on defense, definitely no more than a couple of series
  18. Congratulations Tre, well earned indeed. Just hope that don’t give Gilmore bulletin board material
  19. Bills need to treat this like every other game. I have a feeling all this talk of Brady being so banged up is a ploy from Belichick to goad our D in to a ton of ticky tack personal foul calls.
  20. To think the world and Bills fans have been subjected to Baker Mayfield commercials all this time when a true personality like Tre had to take a backseat to that bum!
  21. I don’t mean aggressive as in taking deep shots, but mainly don’t be content with a narrow lead if an opportunity presents itself to put points on the board. I know how good our defense is, but at some point, our offense needs to provide its own spark and keep the pressure off our defense. But perhaps our run game can be established early.
  22. Far from the same thing against the Patriots because there won’t be any rookie QB to harass. Brady may have lost a step but compared to Hodges, he’s Brady in his prime. You can bet being conservative in this game won’t get the Bills anywhere close to a win
  23. Not sure what to think about this one. I think our D will keep us in the game for 4 quarters, but if this offensive game plan doesn’t change, it’ll end up being a wasted defensive effort once again. No room to be overly conservative unlike last night
  24. Didn’t really mind them playing conservative after they got the lead. But I do agree that with 2 minutes left and 3 timeouts there was really no call for that. With Pitt getting the ball to open the second half, you gotta try for points there. Allen won’t learn anything with a rely on the defense mindset
  25. Lol just give the guy, not one key to the city, give him a key CHAIN full of keys
