Each offseason Gabe works hard on some aspect of his game which he thinks is a weakness or something he can increase during offseason. I am sure he did it this offseason but hope he choose right aspect.

It has been a long time (decades?) since I saw Animal House and do not remember this song in it. I also have bookmarked a large number of Isley Brothers songs but not this one but bookmarked now. The US Post office is mandated by congress and micromanagement agencies to provide services which are uneconomical. The US Post office needs to get approval for almost everything including closing of uneconomical post office locations and raising cost of postage. It is impossible to run the postal system economically. It is a pork barrel for congressman so of course it is "a bureaucrative waste". Unfortunately the Constitution does not mandate Congress make laws AND REGULATIONS which make sense. There is no mandate for the regulations they make.

I lived on campus 1979-1981 and became 18 on my birthday in 1979. I lived in Wikeson Quadrangle and went to Wikeson Pub. I spent some time in pub mostly working cleanup. I was cleaning floor and a black lady was being harassed by a UB football player with him trying to pick her up using racial epitaphs. I got between her and him and told him she said no. He stood up, picked up bar stool and said told me to get out of way. I said "I am just going to stand here" and he swung it at me with me moving my head hitting me on my shoulder. I then smiled at him and said "Tag? I love playing tag." and then laughed a laugh many people have said is very creepy. He said "Oh Sh1t!" and turned and I stuck my mop between his legs and redirected him so his head hit the table. He was very stunned, probably had a concussion, and I picked him up and yelled to guy at door "Open the door I am taking out trash." I carried him to door and threw him out and he did not get up. This all occurred in a very short period of time. Within 10 minutes campus security showed up and the two beefy guys had him sent somewhere; I did not ask where. Security asked questions and responses were "He attacked him and he defended himself.", "he did not even hit him he tripped on wet floor" and with guy at door saying "he was still trying to fight and he was shoved out door and fell down drunk." Security guys looked carefully at me with very visible welt from stool showing on shoulder and made comment "You might need to seek medical attention." I had other such events on campus including Monte Carlo night Wikeson Quadrangle held and each case it was same two campus security cops. Moved off campus in Fall of 1981 and went to a few of them including PJ's and Mickey Rats but not a lot of funds for drinking; mostly went when they had some 10 cent wing specials.

On Jalen Hurts I have been watching games at a local bar because I can not always deal with driving the distance to my Bills Bar and became associated with an Eagles fan. In 2020 I told him that they had a QB which was going to be a starter in league who would be a top 5 QB in NFL and he said he was just a place holder. In 2021 he started most of season and said he certainly was improving and I told him the team was not yet adapted to his strengths and next year he would be winning playoff games. Following year he was much more optimistic and he started buying me drinks which he was paying via some bets he was placing and during playoffs he told me he won some tickets and if I was interested in going I could go for list price but I told him I did not have time off since I was able to work a lot of overtime. Jalen Hurts is a player you can mold a team around and while he may not dominate games he makes good decisions and is athletic enough to make plays when needed to win games.

I am sure the Washington cheerleaders will love that after owner who tried to use cheerleaders for tail.

Micro$oft thought same thing. Internet Explorer was initially supposed to be called Internet Exploder to compete against Netscape. Marketing including logo was completely designed and campaign was ongoing. When it was tested testers pointed out then when it crashed it they said "It Exploded". They changed name to "Internet Explorer" and missed in trademark check that name was already trademarked in use. They tried to sue owner saying it was a infringement on their copyright repeatedly appealing to try to exhaust his money but some came forward to support him. Eventually court ruled M$ could no longer appeal and pay copyright owner damages and court costs. M$ finally did it and then paid for license of name as well. This is a case where the plaintiff may get support from for his argument while he is continuing to pursue his claims.
