  1. Thanks, I also enjoyed his "we cannot be great without god" analysis/article too....
  2. As Daboll has stated, they game plan each week based on the weaknesses of the opponent they face. The offense has to be multi-dimensional to stretch the field both vertically and horizontally, which requires all "types" of WRs, TEs, and RBs. Between Foster's deep threat and Allen's legs, I think the 15-20 yard midfield throws will be their bread and butter, and what matters there are guys who know how to find the soft spots in the zone. McKenzie and Zay should both work good there. They will definitely need another deep threat in addition to Foster, and it would certainly be great to have a young stud who is a multi-dimensional threat for Allen as well. I don't think they need to spend their R1 pick on finding him though...
  3. Regarding the first post--your prediction, that is essentially what I predicted back in January based on the tax cuts. It's good to have a semi-independent Fed to have someone to blame a recession on. As I've stated before, cutting taxes near the peak of an expansion is an interesting experiment in this era of weak bargaining power of labor relative to increasingly concentrated industries. If you're not going to raise the minimum wage, then the only way for Trump to help (the majority of) his base is to push the Fed to let the expansion continue when unemployment is already at historical lows--it's the only other way to strengthen workers' wage-bargaining power. I'm not sure I've ever stated this in one place, but the two things I liked about Trump's so-called platform was his view on ME wars, and his views on trade. He may be an ####### of a human being, but I am happy to see him take on the war machine and those who use the argument of "free trade" to push policies that have helped decimate the working class.
  4. Is this supposed to mean something?
  5. My indicator that the end of the Housing bubble was nigh, as an investment, my late mother-in-law bought a Florida condo that hadn’t been built yet. It was early 2007...
  6. Jerry might have been beat once, but I’m pretty sure I saw Love’s# and maybe Yarborough?
  7. Makes me wonder what kind of topics we’ll get for Christmas...?
  8. What are their respective O-line rankings?
  9. Yes, and when there is an offense that scores them, then we'll win some games.
  10. It's called sarcasm.
  11. Yes, we need someone who can turn this unit into a top 5 D.
  12. MSNBC is pure propaganda at this point and pro war.
  13. Two plays change that game dramatically: foster finding the ball, and Croom's fumble.
  14. Greenwood and Aaron Mate are two lefties I follow that are criticizing those on the left who are critical of the Syria decision. Reps Lieu and Khanna have supported it. That said, there are more who can't get past that it's Trump. frum and kristol are not heroes of the left.
  15. It Is reallocated into other financial assets Of the wealth-holder's portfolio.
  16. You must not follow true leftist who are criticizing those criticizing the withdrawal.
  17. McD did say these last two games would be used to give some of the younger guys a chance to see what they can do. His pay relative to performance makes it a no-brainer.
  18. The ME is a bi-partisan f-up. Bush-Clinton-Bush-Obama (Clinton) doesn't matter. The perfect example of this war party is Bill Kristol, who is now a regular on MSNBC, that so-called liberal channel. Not when it comes to war...
  19. What's driving current economic growth?
  20. I still think D.Thompson will be the key for Bills O. They have to connect when he gets his deep opportunity. Of course, the line has to give Allen time just to get the Opp.
  21. That's why I think D. Thompson will be critical. Allen will need to connect when he gets the opportunity.
  22. Trump bringing on Bolton doesn't fit the story.
  23. Assuming they keep all of their picks, I'm looking forward to Day 3 and those last 3 picks you list, as all 3 will all be somewhere around the 132 to 144 range. They have KC's R4, Oak's R5, and their own R5. For comparison, both Milano (163) and Teller (166) were R5 picks.
