I get all the of the frustration and wanting to move on from this coaching staff. I advocated for firing Dorsey, but would rather keep McDermott. However, if you're not like me and want a new HC, I've got just the man for you: Mike Norvell I've followed him since he started coaching at ASU (my alma mater). He made their offense legit. Then he went on to be the head coach of Memphis, turning them into a successful team and making the NFL think Paxton Lynch was draftable. Then he goes to FSU and turns them back into an undefeated championship contender. He's an offensive coach, which a lot of Bills fans are clamoring for. He's signed with FSU through 2029, but we know how that goes ... This is the HC you didn't know you wanted.

Will a win over the Jets to get to 6-5 bring everyone back in?!?!

I now have hope -
This has been a long time coming, it's not a sudden reaction to the Denver loss. They gave Dorsey plenty of time to fix it. As soon as the offense started struggling many weeks ago we heard McDermott comment on it during the halftime interviews and we had Josh saying "I just run the plays that are called" in his post game interview.... They gave Dorsey a chance, but they obviously needed to make a change. Despite what some say about McDermott, he doesn't shy away from making that change when the time comes.

And that's okay. I think if people are bothered by it too much, they should turn it off and find something more productive to do. The NFL as a whole is becoming more annoying to watch, anyway.

I guess the benching worked then. -

Who cares? That doesn't mean the Bills win. They had 177 rush yards between Cook and Murray, anyway. 192 total. They still didn't win. Cook's absence meant nothing. -

He wasn't when he fumbled. Murray came in and immediately broke off like a 20 yard run. Cook's absence didn't matter at all. If you say he got fired up after being benched, then I guess you're saying the benching worked... -

A lot of players decline interviews after losses every week. This is not abnormal, especially considering neither of these guys are huge talkers. If you're not required to interview, who really wants to sit there and talk to a reporter when they're pissed after a loss?- 126 replies

Did someone say table?? Light it on fire and hold my beer!! -
Marv's a really good person. That's the kind of legacy you want to leave behind. Personal accolades and hardware mean nothing in the end.

Well, I assumed you were talking about reality... The Bills have relied on Allen at a 100% rate, so I assume you're on board with making him run less.

Spleen Obviously Statistically, Diggs is #2 in the AFC behind Tyreek. A couple NFC receivers are in the mix, too

I live in Phoenix, so it's been fun watching the Cinderella story play out amongst her hometown fans. Not a big baseball fan, though. I grew up outside of Boston, so if I root for anyone it's the "Sawx."

No. People suggest this every time the Bills offense struggles. But they always find more permanent ways to fix it, not by going no-huddle.
