No, I turn them all on so I don’t miss anything. But there are times where the “best game” surprises me and I have to change channels. Of course, it may be on regular cable by then, but if the Bills aren’t playing I will skip around. I’ve seen man caves that have 5-6 TV’s in the same room revolving around the big screen. Seems pretty cool, but I’m not a gambler or that invested in anything. Even March Madness gets you what you need without all that. Still, pretty cool……

It was built in 2000, and if they replaced it I SERIOUSLY doubt it would be a dome. Like Pittsburgh and Cleveland up the road, it’s just not their style. Did I mention it gets brutally cold in Cincinnati? Didn’t they have some epic cold weather games, including an AFCCG vs the Bills? Like, some record setting cold games.

He lives in a strip center between the coin operated laundry and the check cashing place? 🤷‍♂️ I have 3 TV’s in the basement, but one is in a bedroom. Add in the 3 TV’s on the first floor and I get limited by DTV streaming at times. I can only have 3-4 TV’s on the same channel. That’s is one reason (a/k/a excuse) to still have DTV Dish as another option. Can’t get Sunday Ticket on streaming, which is the main reason.

I’m not arguing any particular point, but I’m just here to say I’ve lived in both Cincinnati and Buffalo for extended periods. Buffalo may have its snow events, but it can get SERIOUSLY cold in Cincinnati. Bitter, BITTER cold.

There is no emoji adequate for this. Period. I’ve tried a roll on for my bad right shoulder. I put a lot of miles on that shoulder. It seemed to be helping, but that could be the placebo effect or I just didn’t sleep on my right side much then. I must say, it smelled suspiciously like BenGay.

I was very little, but my two primary memories of the Kennedys were the horse drawn carriage with casket at JFK’s funeral while watching in the living room with my parents (because my sister had a friend over and I annoyed them so they got the basement to themselves), then telling my mom Bobby had been shot before I left for school. I don’t think she believed me, and I didn’t realize how stunning that was. Those are strangely vivid memories. Sorry, back to your regularly scheduled thread.

I went to NFL.COM and they used the word “twitchy”. That is not a word you hear a lot when discussing our healthy DE’s. EDIT: They also say he ran a 4.43 in the 40, so I’ll trust @GunnerBill on this one. Color me skeptical of their analysis. GB knows who this guy is and has seen him play football.

It looks like he’s developed a little bit of a “dad bod” to me. Maybe he needs to thicken his helmet , too, like Mark Kelso. That first concussion where he was barely pushed backwards by Epenesa mystified me. Pretty sure I would have survived that just fine 100 times in a row. ….but the next day would be hell!!! OK, make it a couple weeks…..

The Browns are here to remind us that NOTHING is impossible. 😋 IF Lamar stays healthy, he may make more money in the long run by dragging his feet. The market does nothing but go up. BUT, the only way I see it happening is to play under the Tag, collect $32mil and then go from there. I suggest actually playing a full season, then doing well in the playoffs. Earn a contract on the field, not sitting out while injured. It’s a gamble for both sides. I don’t like the idea of fully guaranteed contracts, I freely admit. Too many Haynesworth and The Captain types.

You will need a front loader to pick up all the dimes he’s lost. There is a reason most NFL players don’t let Mommy play agent. He certainly has that right, but this is where it gets him. Yeah, I’m afraid that does not quickly come to mind. He does not come off well, and THAT is why you have agents. They don’t take it personally, they will tell you the truth, and help you see the light. Lamar could probably make up the difference in endorsements if he didn’t appear to be petulant. The man deserves professional representation. I hope he gets it. Regardless, he’ll be set for life.

Oliver was especially not holding ground with the high ankle sprain last year. People seem to forget about that, he played hurt for quite a while. That is NOT a quick heal, especially if you keep playing on it. Kudos to him for toughing it out. There was a video somewhere showing what a DT has to do to anchor and how brutal that is on an ankle. I mean, just think about that….. It hurt his game in every way, including what he is there for, which is quick penetration.

Well, I’m glad Jagger and Richards won’t go hungry, though they look like they could use a cheeseburger, some fries and maybe a milkshake. It’s funny how that music universe works, and who makes money and how much. We had some friends in that world that opened my eyes to give me a tiny glimpse behind the scenes. Entertainment is entertainment. The stars get paid, just like Josh makes more than a long snapper.
