  1. I don’t understand people who hate other people because they are wealthy. I don’t think they got that way stealing your lunch money. They are not responsible for us coming up short in life and NOT becoming billionaires. That’s on me. They are just people with big bank accounts but they still have problems, just like the rest of us.
  2. Leave his sinks alone! He doesn’t have to shop at Walmart to appease me. He’s a billionaire, and I’m not. That’s OK with me. Enjoy what you have earned, sir. I bet he’d sink the stinkin’ boat if he could have Kim back to 100% again. Money isn’t everything.
  3. Either way, Tre has a job!
  4. I guess, and that’s frightening. We thought it was so obviously a scam, it was so ridiculous! NOTHING was right! The car, our address, her presence in the state at that time, etc. How did they draw HER out of the pot? They should get sued for that type of harassment as a normal course of action. This is so incompetent anyone who allows it to exist needs to go away. My 11 year old grandson would like to get started on his pension a little early. Do the smart and obvious thing. Duh. Somebody needs to clean house on messes like that. It costs a fortune to be so stupid.
  5. I’d rather run out of DB’s in the preseason than the postseason. Neither would be great, but I won’t be greedy if we can do it right for once.
  6. My wife has been denying allegations for weeks! She got a ticket in the mail for $100 saying she was driving a car with Florida plates which we do not have in Chicago and did something wrong at the same time she was at a documented Orange Theory workout in Atlanta. We have her heart rate, OK? 😂 It came in the mail (though the street number was our old one up the road before moving a few years ago) and we thought it was a scam, but she verified everything as the real deal. Over the last couple weeks she’s talked to countless people for hours, emailed documentation that we have lived in GA for 15 years, etc, and STILL she had some “decision” made today to clear her. Why is the burden of proof on HER? Those plates are not registered to her, nor rented by her. My 11 year old grandson said “well, that’s just messed up.” Why could they not see that and stop this nonsense? Do they need an 11 year old boy with some common sense? Sorry, rant over.
  7. You can’t win an election that way! Columbo will sniff you out! I don’t do vampires or Star Wars or zombies, but there are all different kinds of geeks (a/k/a couch potatoes).
  8. That’s actually very cool, and I had never heard of it before. Thx
  9. Please keep doing what you’re doing. And if you shoot at Andy Reid, please don’t miss! I shouldn’t have to say I’m kidding, but I know better. J/k.
  10. If it’s in your beer, I think we might all be dead.
  11. I have an alibi, as far as you know.
  12. I understand how it could seem that way, especially from the outside. With all due respect, we have no idea how they were raised or what went wrong and why. We had two kids with identical makeups and family values, both given similar opportunities. Let’s just say they turned out very differently, with one at each end of the spectrum. Life is more complicated than what you describe. Busy parents can still be good parents, but stuff can always get in the way. I’ve learned to try to judge less, especially with people I’ve never even met. The surface never tells the full story. (I’ll probably regret this.)
  13. I’m curious about the Thousand Island area. We vacationed there as a kid and it made an impression on me. We stayed at an old resort on the Canadian side with golf for the adults and ping pong with lemonade for the kids. It’s funny what sticks in your mind, but I remember the exposed pipes in the old-time hotel bath. I also remember my dad hit something in the rented boat and they were going to charge him $200 for the prop they were just going to bang straight again, but since we bought it we took that prop home and kept it on the mantle for a while. I might like to look into that for before the 2026 home opener with the wife. Any suggestions? Is it worth it? Where do you base yourself? What to see and do?
  14. I confess. I believe you. 😊
  15. It felt appropriate to round up there.
  16. He didn’t die. I mean, physically. Glad he’s still making coin in the league.
  17. Well, I’d like to say on behalf of more than half of us, we’re glad that you survived that encounter.
  18. I heard they sold out early last year as Holiday Gifts! Gettem’ while ya can!
  19. Geez….apparently the wife was on a very slow burn. No telling what kind of special drama caused the dam to burst. That would not be a fun way to live life.
  20. Interesting, I had no idea. What a terrible loss that was.
  21. Here is a silly (but serious) response for you - my sons drove Nissans (an Altima and a Rogue) and the annoying part is when they lock them the horn gives a little honk. Not crazy about that all the time, especially when they were coming home after midnight. A little beep is plenty and the neighbors will need to pay attention to keep track of your comings and goings. Never really had trouble with them, but we prefer Toyotas.
  22. Nowadays the kids go for something more subtle, like purple hair and/or a face tattoo. Anything but a Dolphins fan……
  23. The Buccaneers were only an NFL team because execution was a policy violation according to the NFLPA…..or something like that…. 🤷‍♂️ If you're young, you may not get that reference. If you’re old, it’s a classic!
  24. Didn’t we just do this already?
  25. Forget the gas stations, what about the map stores? I’m serious! I used to go to Mel’s House of Maps to buy maps of my section of Florida for my real estate work. Imagine that, a store that existed solely for the purpose of selling maps. Few people would know how to use one now, and fewer could fold one. Mel was actually a tennis buddy of mine, and I’m glad he was at retirement age when maps died.
