Funny, I bought that one and started reading it right around the time we moved. It’s been about 2 years and it hasn’t popped up again. I know it’s here somewhere!

On the bright side, maybe the back issues help him remain somewhat affordable? 🤷♂️ We will have the best feel for how he really is physically. I hope he remains healthy, regardless of where he plays. Bad backs (and feet) for big guys can be rough.

Sometimes some of the fans annoy me far more than the Bills ever have.

They took the big swing that many people asked for. Sometimes it backfires.

You went from special to unique. Those are different things. That was on you.

Bass Makes $1 Million More per Year Than Butker

Sometimes I hate this place. -
But, Josh hasn’t done it yet, and he’s getting older. How much cap space would we save? We need cap space.

WHAT? Are we changing things again? Who added unique? Unique is, well……..unique. It is not the same thing as special, as used in the title. Every fanbase is unique, if you think about it. May I ask which town you are in? Or how many road games you’ve attended in the last decade or so? It could be ALL of them, for all I know. I’m just trying to understand. We are much better represented on the road than opposing teams are in OP, from my experience.

What separates the Chiefs from every other team…

I’m just glad this isn’t about TayTay. -
I bet a bunch of 49er fans want to fire him because he keeps losing in the Super Bowl.
-
He lacks the subtlety and nuance of Diggs. He can work on it, I’m sure.

We are whining about McD and the whiney Mahomes. It happens a lot.

They didn’t tell you about your pay cut? I’m sorry, HR was supposed to be in touch. Let’s draft our own superstars. They are cheaper that way.

Is it a stomach bug? There is a LOT of vomiting going on here.
-
Let’s not change sports to try to make your point. How many Bills’ road games have you been to in the last decade or so? When the visiting team takes over a stadium on the road, that is pretty special. And that’s not just one wild and crazy guy.

I can’t beleive they didn’t click on TayTay when he was looking for a receiver!

WOW!!! Good thing defense doesn’t matter!

CHEER UP! At least the Bills can’t lose. I’ll run and hide now……

May God give peace to #57. What a punch in the gut!!!

Maybe “just” needs defining, I don’t claim to be the best. I am sure we are among the best, and in some ways different. Like the Bills team, our fans are top tier. The thing that sets us apart in some ways is that we were there thru the Dark Ages. Steelers fans are loyal, but they never had extended stench like we endured. JMO

I’ll start by mentioning I’ve lived in several NFL cities. When our sons turned 16 I took them to Buffalo for a Bills game as a rite of passage. I’m sure this happens with all teams, some more than others. The special part was the welcome we received. Once I started talking with people explaining why we were there Saturday after arriving, they were BEGGING us to come to their tailgate the next day. That is not the mood in most cities. Having said that, it’s a pyramid like most things. Steeler fans deserved credit for representing well, as do Chiefs fans for their tailgating, etc. It’s all good entertainment. Unique is….unique. Technically they are all unique, but I like ours better! 😋

Aggressive = dumb when you roll the dice and lose. We want them to take chances, but…… It had better work!

Be warned, it might get lonely in here. 😋 Hiring a Ben Johnson sounds great, but he’s not been a HC before. There is always the risk he’s one of the guys who is a great coordinator, but not a good head coach. It’s always a gamble. And if you want to say that is true of McD, that’s fine. But he does seem like a legit leader of men. I have zero control over this, so I can’t get too worked up about it.

My brother-in-law will do everything in the absolute optimal way. He’s a chemical engineer and is more at home with details than people. He would calculate the total amount and determine the daily cost of funds at today’s rates, etc. Do the math. Sure, if I’m a Family Office (~$100Mil) kind of rich guy, we’ll pay someone to do the best they can because that is real money. Likewise, if every penny mattered I’d do what I could at every turn because I need the money. We are in between. I’d rather know it’s done and paid for and move on if I’m looking at a typical tax payment. For a few hundred extra dollars max sitting on the cash for a couple extra months…..we can’t be bothered. If we owe it, we like to pay it, even if it’s to the government. EDIT: I just did some rough math on what we’d gain by holding onto our money until the last minute. Even in what is, for us, a huge tax bill year, it’s not worth dragging it out. I feel better looking at it that way. .

I’m sure this was covered in the original thread, but how do you feed the birds without squirrels and birds dumping enough food to attract rats? We have a bird bath, but I’d love to have more visitors. We used to have hummingbirds and painted buntings when we lived in Hilton Head and they were awesome! Our neighbor in FL had citrus trees and she would beg us to take all the fruit we could before it fell. We were feeding a bunch of critters between our houses when we let it hit the ground. No bueno.
