Brady suspension reinstated!

Thank God! Roger Cassack was just on ESPN said it's over. He could appeal to the Supreme Court but with very little chance of them taking the case. It's time for him to accept the punishment. -
Nix vs. Whaley, the final showdown
LOVEMESOMEBILLS replied to FireChan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm taking Watkins, McCoy, Hughes, Incognito, Taylor, Darby, and Clay over Dareus, Mario, Gilmore, Glenn and AW any day of the week. This is a no contest if Tyrod has another good year and can solidify himself as the long term answer at QB(something the Bills have lacked since 1996). -
First of all I'm soooo jealous. Secondly I hope you bring them good luck. Thirdly have a blast.

CTE and Current Bills Players

Well this article written last month says a test for the living to detect CTE is still 5-10 years away. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2016/02/04/nfl-challenged-over-failure-to-fund-study-for-cte-test-in-live-patients/ -

BOLD predictions for 2016 Bills Offseason
LOVEMESOMEBILLS replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
While it's true he's probably not an every down back, but McCoy, Williams, Gillislee, and heck even throw in Tyrod(second on the team in rushing) are the reason we led the league in rushing. Not only that but the Bills tied for first with 4.8 yds/att. Their combined cap hit for next year is 11,062,171. Lynch's cap hit next year will be 11,500,000. Adrian Peterson's cap hit will be 11,000,000. I know both of those guys when healthy are really good, but I'll take the sum of four with 2,247 yds and 17 tds for a tad over 11 million. The Tyrod thing was just to show how good of shape we're in with the players doing the majority of the running. McCoy's, Williams', and Gillislee's cap hit next year will be 8,928,838. Top 4 rbs cap hit next year will be anywhere from 8,925,000(Adrian Foster) - 11,500,000(Marshawn Lynch), though a couple may not be on their perspective teams next year(Foster and Lynch). With the cap problem we may have in trying to get guys re-signed, and not wanting to use a higher draft pick to replace Karlos's production I think holding on to this group at least one more year is a must. -
Potential Cap Cut/Fit: Paul Kruger DE/OLB

CB I like ya, but... There's big differences between last years Jets team and this year. 1. QB Ryan Fitzpatrick - 3,900 yards passing, 31 tds, 15 ints. All QBs last year for the Jets - 2946 yards passing, 16 tds, 15 ints 2. Brandon Marshall - 109 recs 1,502 yards, 14 tds. Last years best Jets WR - Eric Decker - 74 recs, 962 yards, 5 tds(had 12 this year). 3. Much much better secondary. You said Revis wasn't Revis this year and that may be true, but Revis, Cromartie, Marcus Gilchrist are a much better way to start the year than Antonio Allen, Marcus Williams, or Darren Walls. http://www.pro-football-reference.com/teams/nyj/lineups.htm Even with a much better offense this year the difference between this years Jets defense and last years Jets defense 8.6 yards a game( 318.6 - 327.2) Way more perception than reality. http://espn.go.com/nfl/statistics/team/_/stat/total/position/defense/seasontype/2 http://espn.go.com/nfl/statistics/team/_/stat/total/position/defense/year/2014/seasontype/2 -

Tyrod Taylor: PFF Breakout Player of the Year

Tyrod Taylor: PFF Breakout Player of the Year
LOVEMESOMEBILLS replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You seem fascinated over yards, which don't mean squat. Do you know how many QBs in the top 15 in ypg made the playoffs? 4. http://espn.go.com/nfl/statistics/player/_/stat/passing/sort/passingYardsPerGame/seasontype/2 I'll cherry pick one highest QBR under pressure #1 Tyrod Taylor. In his first year of starting no less. That means a heck of a lot more than yards per game. -
Tyrod Taylor: PFF Breakout Player of the Year
LOVEMESOMEBILLS replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
In 2015 the QB with the highest QBR under pressure was none other than Mr. Tyrod Taylor. http://www.scout.com/nfl/bills/story/1630842-tyrod-taylor-tops-qbr-under-pressure-list -
Don't understand your comment here. Gillislee only played in 5 games in games 3 & 4 combined he rushed 13 times for 174 yards averaging 13.3 yds/att and two tds. For the year he averaged 5.7 yds/att. His td every 15.6 attempts was bested by only 1 top 40 rusher, soon to be MVP Cam Newton.

Tyrod Taylor: PFF Breakout Player of the Year
LOVEMESOMEBILLS replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He also couldn't beat the before mentioned Sam Bradford, Ryan Fitzpatrick and Ryan Tannehill in losing 4 of the last 6 when trying to wrap up home field advantage. Matter of fact in the last 6 games he only beat B. Hoyer and Z. Mettenberger. -
Ed Reed to join Bills coaching staff
LOVEMESOMEBILLS replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Agree with what you said about the D when Kyle and Aaron got hurt they lacked true leadership on that side of the ball. As for the offense, I'm sure Tyrod was learning how to lead that side of the ball. But with Freddie getting cut the true leader of this team stepped up in the second half of the year, both with his play and with his voice, and that was Sammy. I think going forward this will become Sammy's team, and will not be afraid to get in someone's face if necessary. -
