  1. I thought he had a fairly fresh start with the moves he needed to make last off season? We have drafted almost all "D" players the last TWO drafts for Rex and his system and the "D" is terrible. Another off season should do it? Even if we fix and improve the "O" the defense is going to get better all of a sudden with Rex?
  2. I believe you are wrong. Are you enjoying this sideshow? Do you think the players and fans are listening to this side show?! Because I like apples and a person likes me.......doesn't mean that person likes apples. Totally different situations! Silly comparisions. But, Rex and staff are sillier!
  3. Regarding biggest impact players I would agree Washington and Pat Williams. Seriously the list is weak! Not a surprise.
  4. When he is not coaching in the NFL next year that will be enough blame for me. We should start s pool....who will be the first to get a NFL job of any kind first....Rex, Rob, Thurman or Lynn? I would guess that none do next year and maybe one ever does again.
  5. Haven't replaced Russ Brandon or Jim Overdorf. Just saying. I think JO is fine and follows direction well. Russ sucks! Rex sucks! Said coaching staff sucks!
  6. Me too. I do cheer against the Pats though!
  7. I don't want Coughlin either. Agree on everything.
  8. Funny, but, true. I think the down side would be the availability to conduct a thorough search? Restrictions on coaches who can interview. Waiting for the retread losing coaches to be fired isn't neccessary.
  9. Agreed, but, Carpenter is far from a concern compared to our other problems. Doesn't matter who the players are until Rex goes.
  10. Obviously each set of teams is different, but, off the top of my head I think we have lost 3 of the 4 games vs the Browns. Unfortunately I agree. But, Rex needs to go....so, I will watch and cheer for a win like I do every week. But, not sure if it going to happen.
  11. What about Rex? And, please, let Lynn go too! Agreed
  12. Best part of my day was watching this......hilarious!
  13. AGREED! In 28 games as the Bills HC, IMO, Rex has not beat a better team once. I am not counting the Pats with their 3rd string QB. Not once! That will never lead to anything good! Rex is not good enough for soooo many reasons. I am watching and paying less attention then ever before. My heart is not in it and don't think it will be till Rex is gone. Still cheering and hoping. But, it feels like false hope. He just isn't even close to good enough. Sad face...
  14. All kidding aside, I am not going to be as passionate until Rex leaves because I know it won't get better till then. So, I am taking a slight mental break for 0.5 or 1.5 seasons. I will still watch and cheer, but, no more mental self-abuse. No hoping, just observing the team.
  15. That makes sense... Agreed. He is pretty durable too.
  16. I can understand it too. However, not all players are like this. Many are, I get it both ways from the players side. My thought is when players play not to get hurt and for the big pay day....is that the player that you want and is going to play hard for 5 or 6 years for you for big $$$? Every long term big $$$ deal is a risk, but, I would not want to make that wager on a player like Gilmore or who IMO is not all in for football reasons.
  17. LMAO! Well played..........and yes, it should!
  18. I thought it was a good throw where only O'Leary could catch it and he didn't extend his arms. IMO. I remember turning to my brother and saying, "that was actually one of TT's better throws". Our halftime adjustments have been emabarrassing for AT LEAST ten years. They have been much improved the last 5 or 6 weeks. Rex has made some improvements in his coaching. BUT, IMO he has more improvements to go. But, pleasantly surprised with halftime adjustments on both side of the ball the last two months. We only had two maybe 3 servicable safeties to start. AW, Graham and Duke Williams in certain situations (and, ideally he would not be on the team). What 5 safeties are on IR that hampered us? Serious question. I know of AW and Blanton (who has been bad all year).
  19. I am a Whaley supporter. Safety seems important for Rex for many reasons. So, I was dissappointed in the offseason and still am with not bringing in more options for Safety. I know you can't predict injuries and you can not be deep at all positions. But, Aaron Williams played half the season and is out. It was quite possible he wouldn't even play one game. IMO we were in a very bad position with Safety. AW is the only quality safety on the roster and Graham is serviceable. The others are below average or bad. An this is an important position and we don't have two legit starters when everyone is healthy. What would our record be if AW never played a game this year?
  20. If that is the case....then I agree they got lucky.
