He was a 2nd rounder but he’s on an expiring contract. They don’t have much leverage here. -

I don’t know if they make a move or not, but there is absolutely 0% possibility that Beane doesn’t make a move because he has too much pride, cmon man. -

Not to mention, it was our best running performance of the year. 🤷🏼♂️ Makes you wonder what some people’s home lives are like. The satisfaction must be 100% at all times or I’m leaving! -

I can’t agree with that...the Patriots at no point in this game lead...we didn’t shut them down, that’s for sure, but it’s still Belichick, and he sold out to stop the pass, and we beat them with the run. Certainly not a resounding win, but a win. -

Don’t they play him all around the secondary, including safety? I know he’s not overly big, but can he play a Tyrann type game, where he can match up, but also drop deep? I don’t follow the Chargers closely enough... -

Chargers are shopping Desmond King. Having another all pro across from White could really help this defense. Moving Levi to WR3, would give that extra time to our d-line, and I think could really help the entire unit. -
We are not elite. We are not the Chiefs, or one the few teams on that top tier, and I think collectively we need to enjoy wins more than pouting about not winning by enough. We did such few winning for the best part of 2 decades, until we were lucky enough to get some guys to lead us into an era where we’re competing for playoffs year in and year out and now it seems from half the posters we want to fire and run these guys out of here. How quickly we forget we’ve been a laughing stock for a long time, personally, and I take it very personally, I wish we could back the team more. That doesn’t go without criticism, and there’s many things that happen during the course of the game that make me want to put my hand through the TV, but when the end of the game comes, and a W goes in that left column, I wish I could dap all them guys up.

Yea I don’t get it? Belichick dared us to beat them with the run...and we did...and dudes are mad. -

Why does it matter how you get to a win, whether it’s the run, or the pass? Not sexy enough for you? Take what the defense gives you, and by any means necessary, get that win. -
This team is far from perfect, and yes our defense is still getting gashed. It’s certainly frustrating, especially watching our defense the last couple of years, it’s simply not up to our standard, but we need to stop apologizing for wins. 6-2, and 4-0 in the division is a great first half of the season, and we still haven’t put a complete game together with all 3 phases. I could care less if we would have lost if Tom Brady was here, because, we’ll he wasn’t, and never will be again. Not to mention, the entire defensive plan changes, so I’m not so sure that we lose. We stacked the box and ran into most of our problems with the read option, obviously something we never would’ve had to deal with with Brady. I’m pretty confident that we would’ve held their passing attack in check enough to still have won the game. That being said, this game was always going to be about the running game with the weather that was expected. I found it extremely satisfying to actually get that going, and to rush for almost 200 yards. We talk about the defense, but our offense hasn’t had a game where we put both the passing and rushing attack together, yet, were 6/2. This team has so much room for improvement and I think could def benefit from a few added pieces, but I’m encouraged. Go Bills.

Beane's construction of this roster

I gotta retire from this board. That media report was right, bills mafia is full of complainers. -
It’s def a different league now, than those late 80’s and 90’s teams where only the hall of fame quarterbacks put up crazy numbers I agree, as well as your summation that the Bills didn’t do enough to get a QB, that’s for damn sure, but it also shows that having that guy is the difference between winning and losing much of the time, hence the drought. If you have that guy, you can’t risk losing him to another team for the difference of a few million dollars. You maybe be slightly overpaying, but what’s the alternative here? Fielding a complete team is difficult with the salary cap, that’s why drafting well is so important. Without that guy at QB you have that 2017 Bills team, maybe get to the playoffs but you’re not really contending. I know there’s examples of teams winning superbowls with average quarterbacks, but those teams had generational defenses, and isn’t a recipe for contending year after year.
-
It’s never easy to find a Qb. Took us 20+ years. You coulda ended your post after the first line. Don’t overpay, but market price for a franchise qb is what it is. I also disagree w your statement about Burrow. You can’t put a label on this kid at this point, especially one who you say isn’t generational but did just go #1 overall after putting together the best college season of all time. Let’s wait to put a label on him, especially the way he’s playing.

CB Daryl Worley visiting Bills *Signed 11/3 [Mod Edited]

This panther agenda is overstated. These dudes played like a season each for Carolina, Poe was there when neither Beane or Sean was. When starters become available because of a teams bad performance, you absolutely take a look. These guys come on the cheap without giving up an capital. -

Kaepernick is def the better QB, it just always come down to having the circus media around to bring in a backup qb. It’s not worth it, it’s the media’s fault he’s unemployed -
