    Baker Mayfield is THE guy this year just like Watson was last year. I don't think the Bills let another elite QB slip through the cracks again this year.

    Not every signing we make needs to be splashy. Role players are vital and that's exactly what Ngata would be at this point. I'd love to see him in Buffalo.

    Offer a 2nd and a 5th...maybe another 5th next year for him. Draft your QB of the future and let Foles be your "bridge" guy. If he continues lighting it up...you're in excellent shape. If he comes back down to earth, you have your future QB waiting in the wings.

    I think McCoy has at least 1 elite season and probably 2 more solid seasons left in him. That being said, we need a backup and preferably a young one.

    The days of ignoring stuff like this are over. I'm not saying throw him into jail exactly, but he needs to be somewhere he can be helped.

    Tolbert is still useful, but not as your main backup RB. I'd keep him on and look to someone maybe a little younger to back up Shady like McKinnon. RB - McCoy / McKinnon FB - DiMarco / Tolbert
