I love the argument that there is not enough people of diverse ethnic backgrounds coaching and GM ing. As long as they enforce more equality on the player base as well because they are 80 percent African American, then sure, go for it. God forbid there is too many millionaire minority players..... why isn't equality equal? Is there a draft bonus for drafting white players since they are vastly outnumbered.....

Not being a pessimist but you can feel free to leave if you can't handle a difference in opinion based upon facts and numbers. 23rd ranked offense, who has not blown up even our easiest teams we have played, and who had 4 turnovers the first go around, is gonna all of a sudden score 35+ on the #1 ranked D? If being based in reality is pessimistic than I am. I love this team, but I also know we are not perfect. I read the opposing teams message board and they saw this post and they are all laughing at you like imbociles, and to be honest, I dont blame them.

Difference between me and you is I actually read the other thread before I posted this one.

Asked what adjustments were made at half to make offense better. Said they got a good chewing out by coaches and asked that next time please chew us out before the first half. Glad to hear the coaches and players addressed it, instead of being passive.
