I think the impact will be different then what is being predicted by most. The two largest impacts that I have not personally seen discussed is Medical and lawyers. at this point both of these fields the "usual reasons" for going to these fields can be circumvented by using AI, and I would only need to see a specialist for an actual problem. There is no reason I need to see a doctor to get lab work when I know what I need, just let me go get the lab work done. Specialist will still exist but the general basic versions will disappear.
