  1. He complied with what he was legally obligated to do. He pulled over, gave license and registration. From what I've read, he didn't have to keep his window down.
  2. tough crap for the ***** cop. No law against being a prick with an ego... that would eliminate a lot of cops. It's not their playground. Let's see what happens when you physically force someone to comply.
  3. That was my first thought.
  4. I would think if they had reasonable suspicion, they could search the car. But here's the point... they obviously were not worried about him having a gun. If they were, they wouldn't just stand next to the window. Rolling up your window is uncivilized? Interesting take, who's the one on a mission here?
  5. And , obviously, the cops were wrong. He had no gun. And if they were concerned about a gun, stop banging on the fricking window and get away. They did not look like they were worried about getting shot through the window.
  6. No I wouldn't. Nice try. But if they did this because they feared that he had a gun, wouldn't it make sense to look for a gun? And I'm not complaining, just stating the obvious. Keep trying, you made some reasonable points earlier, this isn't one of them. Yeah, and no cop has ever abused his power.
  7. Did the cops search the car for a weapon after pulling him out? Nope. They weren't worried about NFL superstar having a gun.
  8. If he committed a criminal offense, why wasn't he arrested immediately and why was he let go?
  9. He pulled over, handed over license and registration. He complied. Why can't cops deal with simple *****.
  10. You don't have to do everything a cop tells you to do. You have rights. Cops need to get off their power trips. It's not against the law to be disrespectful. If Hill deserved to be handcuffed, why did they let him go. Why not take him to jail? Because the cops knew they were wrong. All Hill did that was against the law was speed. It's not the same thing. What are you, a cop?
  11. But we should expect more from cops.
  12. He had a tough night. Detroit has dynamic receivers, but it wasn't pretty.
  13. I would think that best case scenario is that there's absolutely nothing wrong with his hand. A broken bone would appear to be a bad scenario. But I'm no doctor.
  14. Safeties were and still are my biggest concern on the defense. I don' think the original plan was to have either of the 2 that started today, to start.
  15. I wonder if the league took bad weather into account when making this rule. You get a real windy game late in the season, you'll see a lot of drives starting at the 40.
  16. Specifically, who earned a job that isn't seeing action?
  17. Edwards, I would think
  18. And cops shouldn't kneel on a guy, handcuffed, because his feelings were hurt.
  19. It's not against the law to act like a POS. The cop has been placed on administrative leave.
  20. Yeah, cops never overreact
  21. No love lost for Hill or the dolphins, but we still have free speech , how do you get arrested for yelling at a cop? If that's what happened, it's wrong.
  22. The national anthem doesn't have a connection to football either.
  23. 3 super bowls wins will do that.
  24. Same with the anthem.
  25. Hours of pregame idiocy and some of your are so offended by a song.
