Makes us really appreciate the organization we have and how important it is to the continued success of the team. I've always liked McDermott, but since last year, mid-season, everytime they show him on the sidelines I feel so good that he's the coach . This is a special time for the team and if they finally win the big game, it will be so deserved and thy organization will forever be considered one of the great ones. Obviously, I love the team right now. Just look at how they've handled the loss/aging of key players, addition of so many rookies and new veterans. Just tremendous.

If you missed all of the positive coverage of Allen over the years, that's your problem. Like many, I think you're looking for a reason to get upset with national coverage. It's a very buffalo thing to do. I'm gonna take a wild guess that Mahomes 3 Super Bowl wins might have something to do with him not getting the same criticism.

Most sports fans that I know out here in phoenix know full well how great Allen is. Not one of those people don't think he's a superstar. You should see my text messages from Sundays game. Where do you come up with 'nobody' gives him his due. Did you listen to the announcers, the talk shows? Do you know what nobody means? You're making up stuff to continue the 'whoa is buffalo' whine. It's time to stop that.

It's been a just over 13 months, a year and a half is 18 months, so that's a significant difference. I wouldn't expect 100% of the snaps, but I don't anticipate a long buildup. There aren't really exclusive 'passing downs' and if your thinking 3rd and long...probably not a lot of those in a game. Teams generally have about 8 drives a game. He'll play more often than that.

He's been out since early last season, they're aren't rushing him back. This seems to happen with every significant injury, just when the player is about to return, some fans think he's being rushed, or want to wait a week or 2 more, or work him in slowly. The team knows what they're doing. They opened a 21 day window to allow him to practice and evaluate his readiness. That's the opposite of rushing him. When he plays, he'll be ready to go.

He's had 4 extra months to strengthen/heal his leg, and a torn bicep shouldn't be an issue coming back from. If his leg is 100%, let him loose. But it's it because of the turf? I don't know. Maybe we'll at least avoid wrist injuries there.

Don't play him against SF? Again, let's not over think this. It sounds like he'll be ready for the 49'ers game. If he is, play him. I know we've had bad luck in Detroit, but the Lions play there all the time and they're not breaking down.

Because teams always run on 1st and 2nd down and always pass on 3rd. Milano is great at everything, hence being an All Pro. I want him out there every play. He just doesn't always get there. He's not bad, but he's pretty average.

It's a snap count. Pitch count is for baseball. Williams is not playing great, he's been adequate. Milano has sat out enough, get him in there. He's a dynamic player whereas Williams is not. Bernard is a dynamic player, and you see the impact that linebackers can have on a game. Big sack and game ending interception this week. Can't wait to see Milano out there. This is a huge addition to the defense.
