Not sure how he did the rest of the game, but on the first 3 and out for Detroit to start the game, Milano had coverage on one play, tackle on another.
Not a bad start.
He's not that great. Can't shed blocks, not much in coverage. He's a decent player, better than our previous backups, but not a big play guy. Milano and Bernard can be expected to make game changing plays, not Williams.
We have a strong offensive line, Shakir is a top WR, so is Cooper.
We have 3 talented RB's and 2 talented TE's.
What else do you want? What else do we need?
We had difficulty stopping the run with Williams playing.
And yes, he was leading the team in tackles, but every team has a team leader in tackles. Milano needs more time before they pull the plug.
