    Wade always had that look of "I don't know what's going on out there!" standing on the sidelines. That was also back when he didn't use a head-set.

    One of the concerns drafting him was he inability to stay healthy. I had really high hopes for this QB after seeing what the late Bill Walsh had to say, but he just hasn't panned out. I also have to really question his cold weather, bad condition play. Am I way off on this?

    The Front Office and draft selections over the past 5 years have as much to do with destroying this team and any coach ever has. 2006 alone set this team back.

    Yeah. I also noticed 7 of the 10 players on "worst" value were D-linemen and receivers. List doesn't even include Hardy. Sorry:make that 8 of 10.

    Right, like trading back into the 1st round get McCargo when they already passed on Ngata. I just never understood that. Seriously, can you imagine what the defense would have looked like if they just hadn't screwed up those two picks? Down side is, I have thought that some of those bad D-line picks may have in some part led to D.J. getting axed.

    If they have the same clowns in the F.O. making the same player decisions (See Guy), nothing will change much.
