    Well, he did use the 1st selection on EJ. Nice move waiting and trading back however. Marrone started camp with Kolb, before tripping over his own feet, however started the season with no QB having attempted an NFL pass. Pretty amazing I think. Have you EVER seen that before??

    Yeah, but they didn't use their 1st overall pick on him... Johnny Feetball One more thing. The OP didn't mention Marrone starting out with not 1 QB on the roster who had ever thrown a pass in the NFL.

Buffalo Bills[edit] Doug Whaley was named Assistant General Manager/Director of Pro Personnel of the Buffalo Bills on February 10, 2010. Whaley oversees the team’s Pro Personnel department and assisted General Manager Buddy Nix in all football-related administrative duties and in the college talent evaluation process until Nix stepped down from the General Manager position on May 13, 2013. Whaley became Buffalo's GM three days later.[2]

    Right. The Bills refused to draft a QB for six (6) years until drafting E.J., and now they are screwed. Again.

    + 100 % These guys have NO clue about drafting a QB: none. Even AFTER see E.J. play they believed he was still the guy. And traded away their insurance policy to get Watkins. Not to mention Tuel and the other guy as backups. Damn.

    Good points, however I see that the O-line has regressed, AND the current OC has done much less with more players than Gailey had.
