Leave some for us non-ST holders! I think our clock starts at 1 pm!

I am in the same boat as the OP. Told my kids we would go last year, but couldn’t get tickets. I am sure the the website is going to crash too again tomorrow, so it’s pointless trying to reserve them online.

Smoked some ribs and chicken thighs in my kamado joe Jr. (Red egg). Came out very tender, but the char was a little harsh on some of the ribs. I think I need to lower my temp and also spritz more. Had them at around 275.

haha— before he moved to Reseda! BTW, I still haven’t finished season 3 of Cobra Kai!

Don’t worry; New Jersey is also beautiful in the summer, said no one ever. 😁

McDermott & Beane Extended Through 2027
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to BritBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
I mean, look at guys like Cowher and Andy Reid too. Those guys were awful in playoff games for years. Reid was probably one of the worst game-day coaches I had seen At one point in time. Haven’t the Steelers pretty much given us all the blue print on success? Establishing a culture, Continuity of success, and building and promoting from within. -
McDermott & Beane Extended Through 2027

just consider the risk in what you guys are saying. We have a combo that has turned this franchise around and now has us in contention every year. Free agents want to come here, and we are re-signing our own guys. Not only that, they have already spawned their own successful GM and coaching tree. And instead you would prefer to roll the dice to get probably some unknown commodities at GM and HC, and head back onto the carousel of doom we experienced for like 25 years. people’s expectations are so skewed. All you can do is build a team into one that can make the playoffs and be in contention to win. When you get there, it is a total crap shoot and all about matchups, player execution, and good health as to which teams ultimately win the SB. -
McDermott & Beane Extended Through 2027
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to BritBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
Any fan who is against this doesn’t remember Donahoe, Levy (as GM), Buddy Nix, Doug Whaley, Dick Jauron, Mike Mularkey, Doug Marrone, Chan Gailey, and Gregg Williams. -
So, seeing the draft outcome, I have to think there was like a less than 20% chance Mintz would have been drafted at all. Seemed like some much better prospects barely got picked.

Hopkins released by Arizona (7/16: signed by Titans)
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall
its not like Diggs is losing money on a restructure. Weird. -
I made the discovery too that ribs are impossible to mess up. I have noticed no difference in doing it the easy way vs the hard way on my Egg. (wish the same could be said for brisket— my success rate is like 50% for brisket).

I doubt it will happen, but sort of wonder if Edwards even could transfer back at this point.

Anyone own a blackstone griddle?
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to Miyagi-Do Karate's topic in Off the Wall
Yeah, similar to a cast iron pan. For me, I love the ease of it and the huge cooking space. I cooked like 16 pieces of bacon, 12 scrambled eggs, and a bunch of pancakes at the same time. -
What are some good, easy meals my wife can’t screw up?

I suspect nothing beats the real thing right out of Rome!! -
Someone that is self-absorbed, selfish, and lacking in any degree of maturity. I will say that my one buddy who is a Steelers fan Warned me when I told him how close Diggs-Allen were a few years ago. He said back then, “just wait. All these diva wide receivers are the same. One thing goes wrong, and that is all out the window.” He was absolutely right.

NFL Network projects Bills at 9-8?!
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to BobbyC81's topic in The Stadium Wall
agreed. Plus, peaking at the right time is key. That’s what made 2021-22 so perfect. Played our best ball when it mattered. We hang on in that chiefs game and we win the SB. -
PGA Tour and LIV Tour merge to become one
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to Draconator's topic in Off the Wall
I was one of the few “pro LIV” people around (actually, I didn’t know anyone else who was). I just liked it for the competition, and it absolutely worked. Golf is now more popular, players will be getting more money, etc. -
PGA Tour and LIV Tour merge to become one
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to Draconator's topic in Off the Wall
I called this shortly after LIV was able to snag Cam Smith. The end game here was going to be a merger, which is going to benefit them all. Thats why I thought early on the moral outrage with the “Saudi money” angle was being a little too overplayed by the PGA. That risked burning the bridge for a future merger. -
Agreed. Mostert and Wilson as a duo are going to be a lot better than Cook, especially in that scheme. I also don’t care for Cook’s running style, and it looked like he lost a little step last year.
