Anyone own a blackstone griddle?
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to Miyagi-Do Karate's topic in Off the Wall
Yeah, similar to a cast iron pan. For me, I love the ease of it and the huge cooking space. I cooked like 16 pieces of bacon, 12 scrambled eggs, and a bunch of pancakes at the same time. -
What are some good, easy meals my wife can’t screw up?
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to Einstein's topic in Off the Wall
I suspect nothing beats the real thing right out of Rome!! -
Someone that is self-absorbed, selfish, and lacking in any degree of maturity. I will say that my one buddy who is a Steelers fan Warned me when I told him how close Diggs-Allen were a few years ago. He said back then, “just wait. All these diva wide receivers are the same. One thing goes wrong, and that is all out the window.” He was absolutely right.

NFL Network projects Bills at 9-8?!
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to BobbyC81's topic in The Stadium Wall
agreed. Plus, peaking at the right time is key. That’s what made 2021-22 so perfect. Played our best ball when it mattered. We hang on in that chiefs game and we win the SB. -
PGA Tour and LIV Tour merge to become one
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to Draconator's topic in Off the Wall
I was one of the few “pro LIV” people around (actually, I didn’t know anyone else who was). I just liked it for the competition, and it absolutely worked. Golf is now more popular, players will be getting more money, etc. -
PGA Tour and LIV Tour merge to become one
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to Draconator's topic in Off the Wall
I called this shortly after LIV was able to snag Cam Smith. The end game here was going to be a merger, which is going to benefit them all. Thats why I thought early on the moral outrage with the “Saudi money” angle was being a little too overplayed by the PGA. That risked burning the bridge for a future merger. -
Agreed. Mostert and Wilson as a duo are going to be a lot better than Cook, especially in that scheme. I also don’t care for Cook’s running style, and it looked like he lost a little step last year.

I have a friend who is retired and works for this national company that basically assembles furniture for people. Can take however many hours he wants, and it keeps him busy. I echo what others have said though about working at a golf course. Maybe as a ranger? Playing for free would be a great perk.

I love Jokic and Murray. And Jimmy Butler plays just like a man along boys. Hope for a fun series and a nuggets championship. I will say that I think Miami won’t just roll over, but I am predicting Nuggets in 6.

I read some article online where Mintz was talking with some hornets beat reporters and couldn’t help but thinking from the quotes that he is 100% gone. Hope I am wrong!

Nick van exel lakers jersey!! Excellent taste. I used to love him too. My favorite player as a kid was always Magic Johnson. but the only NBA jersey I ever owned was a Carmelo powder blue nuggets jersey. I have an orange melo jersey t-shirt I still hoop in. I channel my Melo out there, with my high-volume mid-range game!

Bills signing OT Brandon Shell from miami
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to dreadlox's topic in The Stadium Wall
Are we going to have 8 lineman out there on the field?! This is nuts! Can’t believe all the depth they have. -
There is a lot of literature out there now about PSA testing and whether or not it makes sense to even get tested if you are under age 70. I guess there is a strong view that prostate cancer is very contained and also over-diagnosed, and so people might consider not getting tested and the. being stressed about it and getting unnecessary treatment. I am not saying that is the right thing. But my doctor told me to really read up on it before making a decision as to whether to get periodic screening. https://www.uspreventiveservicestaskforce.org/uspstf/recommendation/prostate-cancer-screening

Anyone own a blackstone griddle?
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to Miyagi-Do Karate's topic in Off the Wall
I sort of took my time trying to figure out what I wanted at the lake. Had a little charcoal grill, and then got a mini-egg smoker (Kamado joe Jr.). But then I realized when we have a boatload of people over, I just need the space to really go at it. this seems perfect. I got the biggest one- 36 inches. Tons of grill top space. I can easily cook for 15-20 people. -
Just got one for an early Father’s Day present for our lake cottage. Loving it so far! Made bacon, eggs, and pancakes this morning, and smash burgers this evening for a mess of people. anyone else have one of these? Any advice or tips?

How many days a week do you do laundry?
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to Another Fan's topic in Off the Wall
we are in the same boat. Kids and work out stuff. If I had to guess, multiple loads each day. I have no issues doing laundry, though my wife does it mostly. The biggest pain is folding and putting it all away. -
NFL brings back emergency 3rd QB rule
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall
my issue is why do they limit the actives on game day? I say you should be able to activate anyone on the roster. Is that a salary thing? (Have to pay all the actives).
