  1. Smith was an MVP favourite the first 6 games. Overall he's had a very good year. Yes he had a few bad games this year but so have all quarterbacks. Im not saying smith is great but he's had some very nice moments in his careeer. He's thrown for over 300 yards ,Twice in playoff games, with 4 and 5 touchdown games, and playoff wins. TT hasn't done anything close to that
  2. Smith is better than TT. Similar in their styles, but Smith is better
  3. The Bills would of course be better with Smith next year, but it's not really a "sexy" move
  4. I hear your point. I'm not going to get positive or negative. Just going to let it play out. Becauuse the last time I was positive when the Bills were 8 and 6, they just beat greeen bay. And then lost to a 2 win Raider team lol
  5. I 100 percent get the negativity. What does he expect when this franchise hasn't made the playoffs in almost 2 decades
  6. Will have a tough time beating New England and Pittsburgh
  7. Lol its so true. With such a weak division they have beaten up on bad teams, which gives them home field in the playoffs almost every single year. The only tough team in that division the past 10-15 years or so were the Jets from 2009-2011 roughly
  8. I know we get emotional as fans and want the Bills to win/Pats to lose and also want payback for the hit on white. But at the end of the day Gronk still has a family and he's a human being. What he did to white was 100 percent wrong. That really pissed me off. But the last thing I want to see is a cheap shot to end an athletes careeer.
  9. Hit him hard and often and win the game
  10. Probably no one who will be relevant. This is not a knock on mcbean. It's just odds are late round picks generally are not going to be too successful . Not always the case of course
  11. My half assed answer right now is I'm not sure as I would have to think about it. But I'm sure there are better than Dennison. Lack of talent aside, I really hate his offensive scheme/vanilla play calls/bad game planning. I personally think he is awful. I understand your point about the lack of talent he has to work with, but it's also entirely possible, (and probably the case) that it's a combination of lack of talent and a bad offensive coordinator, which has lead to this terrible offence this year.
  12. I don't know if you're serious or not... lol
  13. I'm not going to lie, I do as well lol
  14. No they wouldn't have clinched the 1 seed even if they beat Miami. If if they beat Miami, that would mean this game against the Bills would be the clincher for them. Which would give them more incentive to win
  15. True but I also think the Jets beating LA at home is a lot more realistic than the Bills going to foxboro and winning
  16. I hear your point about Carroll and getting too fancy, but it's hard to blame an entire season on 1 mistake by the head coach who cost them 3 points before half time
  17. Ya There are definitely a lot of signs that Star could come to the Bills. 1. Connection with Mcd/Mcbean 2. Trading Dareus this season 3. Possible Kyle retirement 4. Which would lead to a glaring need at DT 5. Lots of cap space, especially if they move on from TT I definitely wouldn't be surprised if the Bills made a big run at him
  18. This is exactly it. Is he a bust yet? No. Is he disappointing? 100 percent and it's almost impossible to justify that he's having even an average/ mediocre year. It's been very bad so far
  19. Because Rico sucks and his offensive philosophies /play calling are vanilla and predictable. I don't think many people are giving him a pass. For your last point, I can't help you if you think the only responsibility of a head coach is to dictate whether they should be more aggressive or conservative. The difference between calling plays and being an NFL head coach who basically is the leader and over see er of everything, is night and day. I know you understand that
  20. He probably told Rico to go more conservative, absolutely. Dennison calls the plays, but I would bet my arse Mcd told him to scale it back, especially in the 4th. He is the head coach at the end of the day. He has the final decision over everything. If he doesn't make those types of decisions in terms of staying aggressive/playing more conservative, then that's a problem This^. Exactly
  21. lol he still did destroy it to a certain degree as you'll see below. 152 yards per game in 2015 at 4.8 per carry, leading the league in both categories 164 per game last year at 5.3 per carry, leading both categories 129 per game this year at 4.2 yards per carry, 6th in yards and like a 4 way tie for 13th. So between 13th and 16th in terms of average per carry So in other words , the Bills have ran it a lot more this year with less success in both categories ... I would put that under the category of ruining the best rushing attack in the league the past two seasons
  22. Even yesterday for example I thought he did a very nice job breaking one play in particular. Ryan completed a deep hook route to jones, and he explained that jones had an option there. He said if the safety went in then jones would have kept running, and if he played deep, then he was to stop. And that's what happened, and he said Matt Ryan read it perfectly as well. I would have never known it was an option route based on the safeties decision, and I would say 95 percent of people wouldn't have known that either.
