  1. I agree with you on that. If the Bills miss the playoffs this year I hope they just lose out so they can get a high draft pick to get their guy. And then like you said, spend a lot of the remaining picks on that front 7
  2. Always an option, but of course they are older and will cost more money which isn't necessarily ideal. Generally you want to build in the draft and add 1 or 2 missing pieces in free agency. And the Bills have a lot of missing pieces in their front 7 which makes it very expensive to sign them
  3. I agree with most of what you said, except I think TT is done in Buffalo. I cant see them going back to him, unless Peterman gets injured
  4. I hope this guy is gone. I cant stand his vanilla/predictable play calling. I guess he has a chance to prove me wrong with a QB (Peterman) that fits his system better Very well said and I agree 100 percent with everything
  5. Why does that matter?.... My point was, 7 points came from a defensive TD, and the other 7 came from a garbage time TD. That is inarguable Like i said, 17 real points. And the game before that was what, 7?
  6. Thttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LS1MXPxMX28 Fast forward to about 2:52. You were saying there was no garbage time TD?
  7. 31 points- 7 from a defensive TD, 7 in garbage time. So basically 17 real points. Anyone who watched that game knew their offence was terrible. They scored 2 long tds on, one busted coverage by the Jets, and one a 85 yard play from Goodwin. (That was a nice play I will give them that) And no it didn't get them in the playoffs but that doesn't mean there wasn't an offensive improvement. Not getting in the playoffs mayyyyy had something to do with losing to the Dolphins twice and giving up 450 yards combined to Ajayi....
  8. I would say the switch to Lynn worked out last year. Do you remember how bad their offence was the first 2 games of last year?
  9. No one really knows. I guess we will find out soon enough
  10. Sounds about right He struggled against the blitz in pre season and he's a rookie so you can bet D coordinators will be throwing some blitzes his way. Whether it works or not, that remains to be seen
  11. In terms of drafting, McD did nothing. Beane I'm sure contributed to drafting, but I believe Ron Rivera and Gettleman had a much higher say. Wellit's pretty much a fact Gettleman had a higher say because he's the general manager. And just because I said he's an assistant, it doesn't mean he did nothing. Im saying the difference between being the assistant and "the guy" is a huge
  12. How do you know they have any input? A defensive coordinator is way down on the totem pole when it comes to drafting, why would they get input/the final say on who to draft? I would go out on a limb and say they have 0 input. At the scouting combines, who represents their teams? The head coach, scouts, and GM. Sure as hell not a coordinator Beane was an assistant G/M. Assistant being the key word. This is his first time being the actual general manager. 100 percent different
  13. Ron Rivera/Their scouts/ Gettleman... lol. What defensive coordinator scouts and drafts players?....
  14. Not disputing the 2015 stats. 2015 is a long time ago. How many all pros on the defensive side that year though? 3?
  15. Maybe, maybe not. Gruden said on Monday night that they are blitzing a lot more this year and it has been extremely effective
  16. Who knows If the Bills would have traded Sammy in return for a late 2nd round pick. They probably thought it would be between 35-40
  17. Dennison wasn't really utilizing TT's legs during the run game anyway. He should have, but rarely did
  18. Ok fair enough, I thought you were more referring to the read options/run pass options
  19. How did Carolina's offence look Monday night? Some of those plays sure as hell weren't "modern"
  20. What was wrong with their offence last year? What were they, 13th or 14th or something? Last year the defence was the main problem. If you plug last years offence into a descent defence, (like we had at the beginning of the year).you easily have a playoff team Just look at the offensive numbers from last years to this years. I really don't know what else to say
  21. If they were looking beyond 17', they should have never started Tyrod in the first place. Should have went with the rookie QB who fits the offence better if that's the case
  22. That's exactly it. Here is an example. For my profession, I am a fitness professional who helps people with fat loss. Every single one of my clients is different, and if I did the same thing for one client as I did the other, it simply would not work. I have to have a different approach with every single person to get them towards their fat loss goals. In this example? Dennison refused to do what worked best for Tyrod, and he is just sticking with a "One size fits all" type of deal. That is terrible coaching. Maybe his offence works with a prototypical pocket passer, but that's not who Tyrod is. So until we find that person, he should have altered his stubborn approach
  23. He brought up the race card? I never heard about that
  24. What makes you think that? Has he ever said anything bad in his 2.5 years in Buffalo? Say what you want about his play, but he seems like a professional and classy guy
