  1. Not sure why, but this thread reminded me I heard a radio ad for "Moe's Vegan Stuffed Peppers" today. Now, vegans annoy me as much as they do the next guy, but I DO NOT condone stuffing them into peppers.
  2. More subtle than Haiku, more descriptive than an epic. My favorite Bills/Phins related poem" Fish? Squish!
  3. That's a great first win. Well done.
  4. I reading this thinking "upper deck"? You were drunker than I remember. Then it hits me, I wasn't at the game with you. I was with our physician. I think I am currently drunker than I think I was...or something. The rest was spot on, of course. Go Buckeyes!
  5. Hate the poll, but love the topic. I'd add "watch at a bar/party" to the list as that is also a different experience for many (for some I imagine that's just like "watching at home"). And already we have some like me who say, "it depends". The ultimate experience is live, IMO. If it's a great game, and you have great seats, and the weather is great, you can't beat being at the game. By great weather I just don't mean "warm weather". I think the Dolphins "let it snow" game was great live-experience weather, same with the Raider 51-3 game. Being at a game where the weather mattered, and the Bills won, is usually a great experience IMO. OTOH, a crappy game is best watched at home, no matter what the weather.
  6. Which "nozzlnuts"? The board is chock-full of them.
  7. It better be. I ate two tacos and later threw up, because I watched you eat ten.
  8. The Senator isn't joking. He can put back the chow.
  9. I sent him a PM several days ago. Still no reply. I'm quite concerned, actually.
  10. He's not kidding, he's never even told me about the place. If you happen to be anywhere near Niagara Falls, I recommend Fortuna's. Not fancy, but excellent food and service (usually). Full disclosure, the owner Joe Fortuna, is a friend of mine. But I wouldn't recommend it if the food wasn't very good.
  11. IMO, he's a lock right now.
  12. Very nicely done.
  13. Foo Fighters videos? They are horrendous and embarrassing. Sorry Pooj. That vid is something you make as a goof for a Christmas party or something, and hope it never sees the light of day, IMO. I'm neither a DM fan nor hater. I agree he is overrated, but his band is great and he can be good as well (when he avoids the "ridiculous singing" and simply being very boring). That vid seemed very out of character for the band, IMO. But then again, I despise "music videos".
  14. That's embarrassing.
  15. Thankfully I'm not the only one who is easily amused.
  16. But were they overrated? They had a TV show, so they were overexposed. But i think most everyone new they were a fake band. Didn't they?
  17. I'm not arguing Haiku. I am providing some much needed guidance to a wayward Phin fan.
  18. http://www.haikusociety.com/learn/englishhaiku While I agree some here do not seem to be Haiku, your refusal to admit there is more to English Haiku than the typical 5-7-5 syllable model is also off-base. But carry on in ignorance, if you must.
  19. Peyton Manning and Ryan Leaf both had torsos. Got a problem with that? I compared Manning to Leaf. What WAS I thinking?
  20. For me, the best gameday announcing team right now is the Monday Night Team on ESPN.
  21. Yes. Someone compared MEASURABLES. I didn't see any post where Ellis was compared positively to DeMarcus on ability, skill, effectiveness, etc.
