  1. Vea, Hurst or Rashaan Evans at 22 and the front 7 looks rock solid! Not much drop off to a guy like Mike White from Rudolph or even Allen imo. Would think Rosen would be gone by 12, but then again Aaron Rodgers did slip until 24...
  2. Rosen had more batted balls than Mayfield last year.
  3. I'd prefer the guy that will thrown for 150 + a game with consistently.
  4. Maybe sounds like he's saying he'd rather keep draft picks and plug holes rather than bundle a package and move up?
  5. I think man would be the one to blame for the mess created, no?
  6. Why do we have rovers on Mars, but no rovers checking out what the other side of the moon looks like? Am I the only one who's ever wondered that?
  7. I don't really see him anything like Watson. DW is great throwing with anticipation, kind of reminds me of Brees. Lamar Jackson's game is a lot like early Mike Vick. I don't think he can lead a dynamic passing attack, but you'll get a lot of explosive plays.
  8. 3 of the 5 candidates names are spelled wrong. I'm guessing on purpose?
  9. The more I think about it, the more I want to spend the majority of the slew of draft picks this year on defense. I want to see a monstrous front 7. The secondary was pretty decent this year and that was with virtually no pass rush. I'd be pumped if the first 4 picks went like DT, LB, DE, CB. I think this defense is a few pieces from being top 5 again. Strengthen OL through FA and draft RB Rashaan Penny.
  10. Thanks for that. It was pretty enjoyable. Except the part where he kicks his feet up on the table during a meeting. Seemed like a douchey kind of move.
  11. Bridgwater reminds me of Hoyer a little. Not a huge fan. I would rather see what we have in NP than go that route.
  12. Thanks for your efforts RD. And good job McDermott. It's good to see he holds his staff accountable as well.
  13. Gotta love those Pittsburgh bumble bees!! I'd love to see Buffalo do the red pants, blue jersey combo. It'd either be hideous or beautiful. No in between. Why is it again that the NFL doesn't allow teams to have more than one helmet? I know a lot of people hate the red helmets (I'm a fan), but I think it'd be nice to be able to throw them in here and there. It'd also allow for some cool uni combos, probably best in the league. Red, white and blue baby. Just need more red imo...
  14. True or false? Lack of tape is an advantage. I wasn't saying it wins you games or anything like that.
  15. Possibly enough tape if you delve into his college career. 4 quarters of football may be a little tough to figure out tendencies and stuff like that. But I guess if anyone could, it would be BB. Not saying NP would be any good if he were to go against the Pats D, but it would be sort of a Hail Mary type move.
  16. I agree. If the guy they want is in their sights they need to pull the trigger. But I also hope they don't sacrifice a pick and settle for a guy they're not sold on. The idea of building a monstrous defense with these draft picks is an intriguing thought. But they really need to find stability at QB also... It'll be a fun draft this year.
  17. The upside about starting Peterman against Belichick, would be the lack of tape. BB is a game planning mastermind and has Tyrod figured out. At least he wouldn't have that big of a grasp on NP's tendencies and stuff like that. Would it matter... doubtful haha.
  18. a not too distant 3rd would be KR/PR. Is there a more lackluster returner in the league than Tate? I was hoping to see Marcus Murphy back there today. I know it'd be a risk and that's not really McD's style, but the dude was an electric returner in college and also brought one back to the house against the Panthers, right in front of McD!! I thought that may be a part of the reason they acquired him. When you're a big underdog, you need to take that chance. Tate is like the ST's version of Tolbert. One big ST play could be the difference in a defensive struggle. Ahhh oh well.
