I'm received some bad news today. A friend of mine pays for NFL picks from a service. I think he paid about $800 for a seasons worth of picks. So far the picks he's been given have gone 22-5, so not too bad. Every weeks worth of picks has a their BIG RED HOT play. It's the one where you're supposed to bet the most money on, something like triple of your normal bet. And these big red hots hit about 85% of the time. And this week is the Titans. I was already a little worried about a hangover from the Patriots. Normally when a team outplays the opponent and still loses, for whatever reason, they don't play as well the following week. The Titans are a hard team to figure out though. Obviously anything can happen. Hopefully this game falls into the 15% of red hot losers.

Allen slams his head off of the turf a lot. Especially on the plays where he rolls right and holds it until the very last moment with some DE bearing down on him.

I thought you were getting at that they should have Beasley cover Edelman. I was like "this guy could be on to something.."

I think these recent Bills defenses have played Tom tougher than anyone. Hopefully they can contain the running game this time around and score some points.

I'm ok with the 16 game season. I would re order divisions. Or maybe split the conferences into an east and west type setup, like the nba.

Such an improved passer from last season. Imagine year 3 and beyond. Good things ahead.

I think the junk pat was after his drop. I honestly think he just meant to use the other hand or his motor skills short circuited for a second or something haha. I remember seeing that on tv, it was pretty funny.

I feel bad for Browns fans (kinda). But that's also one less team in the WC hunt, if they don't get it together. One that was expected to be there.

That was terrible play calling. 1st and goal from the 5. 3 timeouts. They should have fed Chubb and ran play action. Not spread them out.

I'd like to see him have a Bledsoe at Minnesota type game. 450 + yards and 4 Tds. Win in overtime in a shootout fashion.

Cincinnati always gives us a hard time for some reason. They don't seem as strong as they normally are, they had some physical teams under Marvin Jones. I remember them handling us in the EJ days, then in the Tyrod days. Even though they get beaten up by the 49ers, they should've beaten what might be a pretty good Seattle team. NFL is week to week, so who knows who's really good yet. I just hope we don't have a let down game. And thanks Shaw, great writeup!

I think the injuries, coupled with the oline play. He was under fire almost every throw last night.

That didn't look so good.. He jumped up quick though.

Yeah, if he ends up being a turnover machine, then yeah I could see that. But 3 out of those 4 were pretty flukey, so I don't think that will end up being the case, hopefully.
