  1. Not sure if serious or not but I posted this on the prior page. https://www.wunderground.com/history/daily/us/fl/miami/KMIA/date/2022-9-25 Yesterday: Time Temperature Dew Point Humidity Wind Wind Speed Wind Gust Pressure Precip. 2. Pretty sure the people bringing up 2021 weather are the people arguing that this conversation is all because we lost and not because we saw players throwing up and falling over from heat exhaustion. Either we build our new stadium to ensure the home bench is protected from the elements and ban heaters on the visitor sidelines or the dolphins allow a few popup tents and cooling benches. Its that easy. But we all know that no one is going to be a big enough dick to design our new stadium to prevent the visitor side from getting heat. But hOmEFieLD AdVAnTaGe am i right?
  3. Because it was a lot cooler and mostly cloudy.... https://www.wunderground.com/history/daily/us/fl/miami/KMIA/date/2022-9-25 Yesterday: Time Temperature Dew Point Humidity Wind Wind Speed Wind Gust Pressure Precip. You literally have players laying on the ground, and throwing up. Like wtf guys. Let them have shade when off the field. All we are saying is the visitor bench should be allowed to have shade, and cooling benches. Miami doesn't use them because they built their stadium in the damn shade. Like someone else said, we should just build our bench enclosed in the new stadium and say "hey we aren't using heaters, you can't either.".
  4. All I've gotta say is karma. I hope he's ok but I saw plenty of pats fans ecstatic at hearing the Micah Hyde news. Karmas a B word.
  5. There is no shade on the visitor sideline during gametime. They built the stadium specifically so that their side is shaded while the visitor side is in the sun, then claim they dont have tents (shade) so visitors cannot have it.
  6. I missed the 1st half of the quarter bc of Paramount+ screw up. I blame this on why Allen fumbled in dolphins territory.
  7. At least they get sideline heaters. Which is the point. For player safety, they should allow covered benches. I can't imagine the NFL allowing the prohibition of heaters on sidelines.
  8. Your links were to game summaries, not weather reports. You keep seeing what you want to see instead of what I am writing. I don't care about the loss. I am already over it. We will obliterate their trash team in december like we dismantled the patriots last year. I simply don't want to see what I saw yesterday.
  9. Did you quote the wrong person? I am not disagreeing with your points. Huge differences in temperatures. I was responding to someone asking why we weren't complaining prior years and that was bc we 1) didnt see this horrible effect on players we saw yesterday and 2) it was much cooler. You are arguing that it was just as hot which I proved wasnt the case. But ok. Either way I hope to never see that effect on players again any time soon and hope that the NFL will establish a heat advisory for player safety.
  10. Wrong. https://www.wunderground.com/history/daily/us/fl/miami/KMIA/date/2020-9-20 https://www.wunderground.com/history/daily/us/fl/miami/KMIA/date/2021-9-19
  11. It wasn't brought up because we didnt see this effect on players during the game in the past 4 years. The real feel temperature was in the 100's. 2018: 12/02 85 degrees 2019: 11/17 64 degrees 2020: 9/20 77 degrees 2021: 9/19 81 degrees 2022: 9/26 89 degrees
  12. I dont even care about the game result. It seems unwise to have players physically exerting themselves to the limits in what feels like 110-degree weather and then unable to utilize shade when they aren't playing. Recipe for disaster. I mean that is what happened right? The dolphins dont have tents on their side so we couldn't either, but they didn't need it because their side is technically in the shade anyway? I did see people holding tents over Josh Allen from time to time. Is that violating the rule? Or since they are physically holding it, its ok?
  13. Every team loses games. Only one team from the playoffs last year is 3-0 at this point. We tend to overemphasize our losses here on two bills drive. The goal is to make the playoffs and hopefully get the #1 seed and to do that we need to win, sure but it does not spell doomsday for our team that we do lose from time to time. If the injuries linger then sure, it may be a more difficult path, but the only critical injury we have so far is Hyde. Hopefully the rest will recover by next week, if not through the bye week in 3 weeks.
  14. Thats nothing Bridgewater couldn't have done with all day against our depleted secondary
  15. I literally dont see anyone arguing it was unfair to the bills in this thread... weak is that you think a discussion about concussion protocol is somehow complaining. Tua didnt do anything in the 2nd half. Wouldve made no difference him or bridgewater/
  16. Every year McDermott improves on our shortcomings against the teams that beat us and these guys want to tear him down for the unknown of some supposedly greater coach? I hate this place after a loss.
  17. I just cant wait until the fish come here again. Itll be like the patriots last year. We are going to torch them.
  18. Let the hottakes begin. Someone should do a count of how many starters were out. If anything this game showed that the dolphins arent very good.
  19. I dont think anyone is mad. He literally didnt do anything in 2nd half. It does seem to make the concussion protocol pointless though.
  20. You didnt answer the question.
  21. Whats our record in blowout games?
  22. Such a stupid argument that the consistent blowouts are used as an argument AGAINST us because they werent close enough. wtf kind of crap is that
  23. What are you even talking about?
  24. Injuries. That wasnt cuteness.
