716, he’s 329, was rated in 2019 as one of the worst RT’s in the league, but played Guard his whole life. Do you’re homework as the avg. Guard is 312 lbs.. took me three minutes in research. He also was rated by the team is the best option in the beginning of the year at LG. I don’t know what leads you to believe he’s not powerful enough at Guard. He doesn’t have the hands and skills to play tackle. As I mentioned before, he is much more of a road grating interior lineman than a tackle. You’ll find out this year. It doesn’t mean anything until they get through camp as hell compete against Bates and Boettger. I’ll bet you a whole plug nickel (whatever that means as it’s my dads phrase) he’ll be in place to potentially be our LG. Now I do not think he is miracle answer at all. That’s silliness, but he should help the line.

McShay Mock Draft 4.0
machine gun kelly replied to DrDawkinstein's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is who Kirwan picked in his first mock draft with Mills on MTC last week. Seems like a solid pick as I like Ettiene, but he may not be there. If they do get Phillips with those long arms 6’5”, 260, Epenesa should beef up like college and be there for running downs. -
Huh? Diggs caught a lot of balls? He had the most receptions and the most yards in 2020. Either you’re trying to tweak Bills fans, or you don’t understand football. He had an oblique injury and every other target except a TE who drops balls, and a RB who was not explosive so they keyed on Diggs in one game. The entire league and pundits know Diggs was amazing last year except you. if you want to say we need more explosive targets ok. I’ll agree with you. A faster more explosive RB, ok. A speed WR who is not hurt after the first few games in Brown, ok, but don’t denigrate one of the most impactful targets in the NFL. It’s just not that easy to find a Kittle, Kelce, or Hill.

The Autumn Wind is a Raider

Augs, how do you have such detailed info on the 70’s porn stache. 🤪🏈. Things that make you go hmmm. That was too easy Auggster. -
716, he’s, 6’4”, and 329 lbs. Yes he can and is what he’s done his whole life. I respectfully disagree with you. He’s more than powerful enough against DT’s. Guard and Tackle are such different positions. With a natural Guard, they are used to contact on the first step. Tackles especially on pass pro deal with a different type of athlete. They naturally need longer arms, a different bend, and are moving the DE’s in a much different manner. DE’s like Von Miller and even Hughes can be smaller, faster, and takes a different skill set to block. So many people don’t understand the differences between the two roles. I’m not saying you at all. It is rare a guy can play multiple roles. They are built for one vs. the other. Even Center is very different than a G. That’s one reason guys like Feliciano are not common who can be proficient at both G and C.

The fact that a criminal investigation is not good for him. The only thing I care about is if he did something wrong to any woman, he needs to be punished. I don’t care if he was the second coming of Bart Starr. If he didn’t, then I hope these women are punished as well. Either way, now that the law is involved, their burden is higher than a civil suit so the truth will eventually come out (I hope).

Hap, you’re right on predators. I won’t go far enough to say he was one, but in treating court ordered persons, I observed and saw predators try and manipulate me as a therapist. That type of person is smart and calculating. They learn over time how to look for cues to see if they can manipulate. It’s one of the reasons I hated dealing with court ordered persons. They weren’t there for the right reasons. I don’t know what’s going on here, but something troubling to me is why so many massage therapists? That makes zero sense. I’ve been friends with a couple of professional athletes, and was 100 years ago a top amateur athlete (just a middle aged guy now), and having that many massage therapists is just odd. Once they find the right person, they don’t deviate to others. Someone referenced a Barber/hair stylist, and was spot on. I don’t know about you guys, but once I found a stylist I liked who I didn’t have to say anything, I stuck with her for 15 years. I finally once moved went to a barber. The same guy cuts my hair every two weeks and I refuse to go to anyone else. If we add the twenty in his favor to the 20 or so complaining, doesn’t that create a raised eyebrow? I refuse to make a judgment as none of us know anything other than what is being released, but the more I hear, the more I’m confused and skeptical of both sides.

The Autumn Wind is a Raider

Sniveling, snot nosed punk. I resemble those remarks. Just kidding Chandman. When getting excited for big games, it sounds silly, but I used to play this song. I’m a little envious the Raidas have the coolest football song ever. That man had the best voice ever fir NFL Films presents. Agreed the Sabolls and him should be together busts for the HOF. They helped make the sport. Chand, thanks for the memory. -
I don’t know the guy but as said converting from soccer to kicker and hoops to te are the easiest transitions. Having played and coached running backs, that is a much harder transition. I know there is a lot of support for Wade and I hope he gets there. These two positions have a greater likelihood for maybe, maybe a success. I never thought wade would make the active roster, but hoped he would beat the odds. the tight end we want to be a perfect fit is a guy who is undersized at guard in the nba or college basketball who has some American football experience. If we Get him, I hope he makes it.

Number of Bills under contract as of today
machine gun kelly replied to LabattBlue's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Tweak like this... (mods colorful language in song so don’t open if you don’t want to listen, but not too bad) As far as contracts, there aren’t many teams that have all but the draft signed. It’s what GM’s do this time of year. They’ll keep signing and dropping players from now until the summer. Nothing to see. -
Not afraid of change but assuming you’re talking to others. My points are what I expect. Might as well deal with it. The powers will want a shiny new revenue stream. For those that hate it, at least you know we are here for as long as the Pegulas own the team. Downside, get ready to pay a lot more, and maybe you go to a couple of games vs. seasons for the regular guy. They know Buffalo’s market can’t afford Philly, Chicago type prices, but it’s going to go up dramatically.

The owners and govt matter. We don’t. Not popular, but true. So think from their perspective. A retractable dome like Lucas Oil in the first ward by the Bisons and Buff News building would be good for the city, the legislation by their Sabres and park and hotel as they would probably (Pegulas) build more hotels so they can make even more $. The state would love revitalizing and the city as more state dollars into infrastructure. it sucks for fans unless the pegulas by enough land to have tailgate areas that they make even more $. It’s all about $. Nobody cares what we want. I grew up in Hamburg and most friends in OP, so I hate it moving. The infrastructure is great, the off lots are awesome, and is just Buffalo, but again we don’t matter. It’s big business. The govt., and the owners are going to do whatever is Brest for them. It’s why one of the only positives which pales to other far more important matters is COVID put this on hold. I hated the last year and all of us have seen the terrible effects of society. in make world, we spend $400-500 mil or more and revitalize the Shield or whatever they call it, and put this off again. I just don’t see it. I love going to games in OP. I have no desire to go downtown. I just don’t see anyway staying in OP happens.

Is Aldon Smith worth a look?
machine gun kelly replied to BeastMode54's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
There’s not really a downside. He played well and kept his head on straight the entire year so if anything Jerrah took the huge risk. He’s not worth paying anything more than the minimum with a bunch of incentives. He has incredible raw skills. His first three years were electric, then his problems and the longest suspension I’ve ever seen to come back and have a productive year. What is accurate is that defense was terrible. Why not bring him into camp, let him compete and see what happens? If he is not the best on one side, or starts his antics, then they cut him with no foul. -
Which QB do you want the Jets to draft?
machine gun kelly replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That’s what the NFLR guys are speculating, but about SF. Keep Jimmy G., have a red shirt year for Lance and work a trade for Jimmy G. in 22. I think there is still a chance a deal is put together to trade JG from the 49ers to the Pats and gets executed once either the Jets make their pick or the Jets consider giving a heads up to the 49ers. It’s unlikely, but could happen. Otherwise the Pats sit with Cam, and if JG has a good year, they trade for him next year. $25 mil., has become cheap for QB’s and JG will be playing with a healthy team as the year he was winning the SB for 3.5 quarters. Stranger things have happened on draft day. Whats probable though is the Jets take Wilson and SF Lance. Not sure on Fields. The question was what do we want and Id want them to retain Darnold, but I bet they still take a QB. -
Solly, I’m confused unless this is a joke. Trubisky I’m sure you know played for the Bears, not Washington. They weren’t even in the same division. They were $ for the owners as the season ticket holders had to pay even though half at best showed up. The real $ is the increased national tv revenue. Overall I’m happy and keeping three pre season will most likely get knocked to 1 when the owners push the 18th game in 5-6 years. The players might be able to get a second bye out of it. It will be tricky as they’ll have to the SB 1 wk after the championship games, and start on Labor Day. I know the owners don’t want it, but the tv revenue will be insane hence the cap will probably be $350 mil. By that time. Let’s hope they increase the active roster to 55 and maintain the 16 PS guys. More players get to play in an NFL jersey, more $ for them, and yes more injuries. Im not saying that’s a perfect world. My point is I’m prepared as that probably will happen.

Roy, thx for wisdom. You maybe right, or it could be a coordinated payday. How does any of us know? I just think in these situations sit back, wait and the truth you hope will come out. I don’t want to disparage him or the women. Either wrong result is not good. more times than not the truth comes out. Even if it is an NDA three years from now we figure it out. If there was criminality, the police is going to be all over it with this press. No one wants to think the press matters and everyone is equal, but now they have more pressure to make a call than most. Whoever is wrong I hope they feel those consequences. Considering Weo I’m an avid Chicago PD fan, nothing is truly deleted. I’m just kidding bud. If Watson did stuff like that, they’ll find it. The techs on the board can enlighten.
