  1. The idea of "asking your doctor about drug xyz" sounds absolutely preposterous to me. Like what are we expecting them to say? "Oh what a great idea, I hadn't thought of that before" ??
  2. Hmm where have I heard that before??
  3. When I lived in KC, I got absolutely zero impression they desired an NHL team or even cared about the sport. Yes it was a while ago, but I watched the '99 Finals at a popular sports bar on a tiny tv in the corner with no sound. There was not a single other patron in the bar observing the game.
  4. Can you post that story? I have been looking for it for ages now.
  5. Somebody here once posted that it was in Brandon Beane's contract he gets final say in all football related decisions, and that Terry had publicly stated that despite the Bills success he had always regretted this clause. If this is true I'd really like to know the source.
  6. knee, toe, shoulder, hamstring - I'm just google searching but yeesh
  7. I have a new 55" S90D Samsung QD-OLED and I love it. Squid ink under glass blacks, powerful punchy bright colors and whites. Streaming youtube via Amazon Firestick (with no ads thanks to a special free app) is extremely clear, but 4K physical media movies are where this set really shines so I got a 4-disc-per-month subscription from Choovie. Lawrence of Arabia was simply stunning, there is no other word to describe it.
  8. valid point. this could all be part of the hallmark script
  9. If we pay him 6.8 mill, that means he hit all of his incentives
  10. At least this is one jersey I get to take out of the mothballs closet! Welcome back Tre Day
  11. He did not say this ever.
  12. Me too, always. But I am absolutely petrified they are going to use these late season wins to justify running it back next season
  13. I've been to Yellowstone around 15 times, often taking a different route each time to explore a new part of the state. Along with "Parkadise" (which includes the Tetons) some highlights are Devils Tower, Independence Rock, South Pass City, Buffalo Bill Cody Museum, Hebgen Lake Earthquake site, and Dinosaur quarry digs at Thermopolis. I still haven't done the Beartooth Highway which is supposed to be among the most scenic drives in the country, or explored the Wind River Range which some say is as beautiful as Yosemite but because of the lack of highway access relatively few ever see it. Wyoming is a very special state, but yes it's very sparse and services can be hard to find - but that's part of its charm.
