  1. Wow! what merge-monster made this mess?
  2. Wow, cool, congrats to you as well!
  3. Did she win? I'm guessing not because I would have remembered someone thanking "The Dean of all things fun..."
  4. I doubt the coach would want a QB that's older than him...
  5. Well, he did score a 25 on his Wonderlic the first time he took it. I mean, he's no Joey Harrington, but dang...
  6. Somehow teams managed to find something "inspiring" about Tom Landry, Bill Walsh, heck even Bill Belichick.... Or to pick a quote from Marv: "Styles of coaching may differ—from bombastic to philosophical. But at the end of the day, any good coach is a teacher."
  7. Imagine if he entered and lost...? "Sorry, we need someone with more....attitude."
  8. Drew Henson, do you mean the Drew Henson who scored 42 on the Wonderlic? Why wasn't he tossing the ball for the winning team in the Super Bowl last year?
  9. Put one between the uprights, maybe? Well, congrats Nick. Hope all goes well...
  10. That's what happens when you buy your TE's at a china shop, I guess..
  11. Official Announcements: Schonert Coiner Van Pelt
  12. As I said in my other post (that JSP conveniently ignored), the "morning after pill" has essentially the same effect as standard birth control pills, it's just a stronger dose. BCP's, taken normally do the same three things that the "morning after pill" can do. It's just that, based on the timing, taking it after may be too late for the first two defenses (preventing ovulation and hindering the advance of sperm). But yeah, according to the Vatican, sex is for procreational purposes only...
  13. More "Back to the Future" I guess. As far as AVP goes, "Pro [anything]" > "College assistant."
  14. But, if birth control pills taken "regularly" as contraception work the same way as "morning after pills," how do you draw the line? From this site: How Does It Work? Most birth control pills are "combination pills" containing a combination of the hormones estrogen and progesterone to prevent ovulation (the release of an egg during the monthly cycle). A woman cannot get pregnant if she doesn't ovulate because there is no egg to be fertilized. The Pill also works by thickening the mucus around the cervix, which makes it difficult for sperm to enter the uterus and reach any eggs that may have been released. The hormones in the Pill can also sometimes affect the lining of the uterus, making it difficult for an egg to attach to the wall of the uterus.
  15. Well, according to JSP, one of the following must be true: 1.) You're a rapist 2.) your wife is a skank.
  16. Not during a home game. And to be serious for a sec: before the field turf was installed, much like the other satellite shots we've seen...Post-1999 though, the bathroom towers are three...
  17. What would make you say that? Just don't go blabbing to everyone, okay?
  18. Yeah, but try covering it with a replica of the shroud of Torino...
  19. You were born? I could have sworn you were summoned into existence...Well, HFB anyway.
  20. Score one for the Rooney Rule.
  21. Here's a list of folks who didn't read (or decided not to follow) K-dog's suggestions. Of course I'm at the top of the list, but in my defense I was composing my response when he put the answers up...
  22. The phrase "there are nude dudes" pretty much killed any curiosity that your post raised...I really doubt you'll find anyone here praising the guy after that phrase...thanks for the warning though...
  23. What if he had become OC and the offense still stunk? How would that help his HC hopes? He's better off being in a "lower profile" (positional + Assistant Head Coach) than taking the risk of taking a higher profile position of OC on a team trying to turn around an offense. Mularkey had it worse. He was clearly a marked man on a short leash, potentially on his last year. It's tough to make wholesale changes on the assistants with a complete lack of job security...Nobody wants to go somewhere for one year....
  24. Could be NSA "fingerprints..."
