My thoughts as well on The Judge. Cliched and predictable and I thought they tried to jam a little to much into it. Big city guy coming home to old flame. Mentally disabled brother. Big brother with past issues with him. Sick dad and so on. But the movie did have Downey Jr and Duvall going for it so they elevated it to a 6.5 for me.We saw "Gone Girl" the week before and I really enjoyed it. The women who played the wife was fantastic. Great story and it wasn't predictable for me. Possibly for someone who is smarter . Go see it and you won't be disappointed. A enthusiastic 8.0 We may go to see Fury this weekend but I'm skeptical. Not sure of the details of the plot but if they try to pawn off that US Sherman tanks could even begin to compete with German Tigers they will lose me right off the bat.

Geeze picking one is easy but two is giving me trouble. I like Holmes vs the Cards. They have a weak pass rush. The flex is much harder for me so process of elimination. As far as Benjiman goes, I guess I tend to shy away from players on the road against tough D's. Who would you start between V.Cruz and Sanu? I love the fact that Green is out and Carolina's pass D is not great. Cruz has been scaring me this year. It seems all of a sudden Eli has too many options there between Randle, Beckam , O'Donnel. I can't stand prime time games either. When I lived in the area I avoided Monday night games. First because of the insane start time back then. 9pm. Second because the drunkin ahole count was off the charts as people had all day to get pissed in the parking lot. The NFL has made it worse though with the Thursday games. Not so much for fans but for the teams and players. Must be difficult to recover and prepare with two less days.

I was neither here nor there with him. To me he didn't seem overly talented. Average. Wasn't moved either way when he got traded. I just hope we got value for him. It's possible his big game last weekend was due in part to Vernon Davis being out. I'm not rushing to get him on any of my fantasy teams.

I actually like Glennon as a sneaky pick. Pittsburgh lost two starting lbs including Shazier. Polamalu and starting cb Ike Talyor out. You know Pitt is going to score so Glennon will be throwing as well. As for Geno, Decker is out so that kills him for me. Who's he going to throw to? Anyway, just another way to look at it.
