  1. Does it have a bloody show print on it? 😁
  2. I agree that Tasker is "so bad at radio." He has a horrible command of the english language, and he, like so many others, can't speak four sentences without saying "you know" three times! I find myself listening to WGR less and less, mostly because of these very reasons. In my opinion, the level of professionalism on many local stations is very low. You don't here people like Jim Rome uttering "you know" on a regular basis.
  3. You can blast the decision to bench Flutie for Johnson all you want, but when Johnson played the week before against the Colts, it was the best the offense looked all season. The team won that year because of a great defense, and won in spite of Flutie, NOT because of him. Johnson led a great drive down the field to win the game, and converted a huge play with one shoe off! Lack of discipline on the kickoff, nobody stayed in their lanes, and getting boned on a no call on a clear forward lateral, cost the game. Benching Flutie had nothing to do with it.
  4. WGR is hard to listen to most of the time. None of the hosts have a strong grasp of the english language, proper punctuation, and verbage. When I continually hear "you know" every other sentence, I change the channel. Almost all the on-air hosts are guilty of it, and Jeremy White is the worst. Next time you listen, pay attention to how many times a minute you hear "you know." I find it hard to take anyone serious when they speak like a junior high student, and not like a paid, speaking professional.
  5. I have seen the same thing! He gets something working, then forgets it.
  6. This is exactly how I view Daboll. He just doesn't impress me much.
  7. This sums it up for me totally, although I'm only an hour away from the stadium. The sheer cost also keeps me, and likely others away. 30 dollars to park, 200 dollars (minimum) for tickets, 10 dollar beers, etc. I can watch at home, and in warm weather, watch on the covered patio, with a grille, a 30 pack for the price of two beers, NFL ticket, no hassles, no traffic, or DUI concerns. As I've gotten older, it's too easy to just be comfortable. I do miss the tailgating atmosphere, but not enough to go anymore.
  8. I agree with you, somewhat, however, this team is, defensively, Super Bowl ready. We aren't really that far away, overall, and the time may be right to take a shot at it. Special teams, especially the punting game, need addressed immediately.
  9. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/free-agents/buffalo-bills/ Other than Groy, I don't care if they let everyone on this list go. John Miller has proven he isn't an NFL caliber player, should be able to easily replace him.
  10. I remember hearing an interview with Ralph, who commented, I am paraphrasing a bit, "the problem with other guys, I didn't know any of them, and Russ didn't know them either." That's how Nix ended up in the job. Brilliance. Hiring Marv as GM was just as bad.......
  11. You wonder where the team would be had they not hired Nix, who I always felt was a bumbling bafoon. It's been discusses here adnaseum here, but his miss on Russel Wilson really set the team back. And to pass on a high rated quarterback, and take a wide receiver is simply ludicrous. But, "Ryan is our guy." Just typing this pisses me off. Nix and Whaley both sucked.
  12. I think he was a horrible hire, going right along with his pal Buddy Nix. I couldn't stand either of the two, they were both very pompous, in my opinion. Sure, Whaley made some good moves, but, most of on here could have done the same. His misses hurt more than his hits helped the team, and the Watkins trade will go down as one of the worst trades in league history. Glad he's gone, we were never going to win with him. And, the mess he made of the salary cap tells you all you need to know.
  13. Wow. No wonder he signed! I wish he had worked out better than he did. But, no quarterback to get him the ball
  14. I remember the Cousineau pick, and him never signing, but never knew about the failures that went with it. Interesting.
  15. I kinda lump he and Buddy in together, as they were two peas in a pod. I barely remember Barber, was still pretty young during his tenure.
  16. The Houston loss is really a back breaker, now. Had it and it would be a big win, now. Thanks, Nate............
  17. I am starting to seriously question the Pegulas. They have take two professional sports teams, that were at least close to average, and made them both the worst team in their respective leagues.
  18. If you think TT would be any better than what you have witnessed this season, you are dilusional! Good god, look at the Saints, Panthers, and the playoff game from last year. Not enough proof, check out the Thursday night game when the Browns benched his ass, and how Mayfield made them immediately way better. This is so tired. He wasn't even close to being good enough. The problem with Taylor, is they THOUGHT he was something he wasn't, and didn't address the problem. Much the same as it's been since Kelly retired 22 years ago. The biggest mistake was not taking Mahommes.
  19. This kid has every single intangible that you would hope for in a quarterback: Size Strength Great arm Mobility Strong football acumen Burning desire to win, sacrifice all to get it done. We honestly haven't had much of these attributes since Kelly left. Allen is so much more of a quarterback than we have seen in years. To compare Taylor to him is simply laughable, and insulting to the kid. I saw one of the ESPN idiots comment this morning that "Buffalo wishes they had Taylor to tutor Allen." Yes, I'm certain.
  20. He is an arrogant douche. And his voice is annoying, also. There is never a reason to talk down the way he does to the very people that are responsible for him having a job.
  21. Schopp is an annoying, arrogant, !@#$, and always has been. I used to call in from time to time, but he treats callers like garbage. If he talked to me in person like he does to people on the air, I would knock him out where he stood. Sal is a much better reporter, call host, person. F Schopp, and the Bulldog too.
